Great service with awesome coffee!

Great coffee, will continue buy more!

Exceptional

With being a previous coffee shop owner..I must say that this is some of the best coffee my husband and myself have had in a long time.

The kerfuffle with USPS delivery was responded to Alyssa graciously. She offered to refund or replace but hung in there with me getting the PO to do their job. She’s a peach.

The products I received were great, but I was missing two items in my package. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that those products were no longer available. Although I was reimbursed, it would’ve been nice to know before it got shipped that I wouldn’t be receiving those out of stock items. Also, regarding shipping, I normally receive an email notice with tracking information. This time around, I didn’t receive anything regarding it. So the package hung out in the community mailbox for who knows how long in the 90+ degree weather.

Excellent choices prompt shipment and quality so high only coffee we buy

Usually love the espresso that I order online. I must have received a bad batch this time. All three jars looked like they had been exposed to moisture when I first opened them, despite being sealed when they arrived at my house. I’ll still order in the future, but disappointed in this order.

Blue Bottle's Instant Espresso easily won my taste test against other popular brands. It yields a flavorful, complex and sweet cup of coffee. I will be ordering more.

Love love ..bluebottle

I love that I can order Blue Bottle’s delicious and organic beans to use at home. Online ordering was easy & efficient.

Hayes Valley is probably my favorite coffee beans on the market. Very reliable.

Coffee and customer service are both outstanding!!!

I thought I was ordering ground coffee, my mistake. The instant espresso is just ok. The miso caramel syrup is not as good as I expected.

Easy to order online and shipping is dependable.

excellent

Great taste consistently

Took longer than expected

This is definitely more Miso flavor and sweeter than caramel. I was hoping for a more caramel umami flavor so for me this is not something I would buy again.

Good not great. Too long to ship here.
