By the time I had the defective screen ready to ship back they had started the process and I received the replacement screen right away. New AIO dell screen was $225 everywhere else, and out of stock because this was for a 2018 pc. The pre-check process made me confident that the screen I was getting was correct (it worked flawlessly and installed easily), and the shipping was fast. I groaned when I saw the Fed-Ex driver hurl the package onto my porch, but the packaging kept everything in perfect condition.

I looked for two months to locate a replacement for my Dell touchscreen. Once I found bliss computers, I did little more research. I felt confident to make a purchase and their replacement screen fit like my original touchscreen. I felt happy or should I say Bliss with the ease of installation. The cost of a new touchscreen was definitely better than a new laptop

Needed to replace a touchscreen for my son's Acer Chromebook plus 514 that I purchased from Costco. It had a particular resolution with the touchscreen and Bliss Computers was the only company that had it in stock. I ordered the screen with the adhesive strips, verified with a photo of my serial number and model number to make sure it's the right part, and received the part in a timely matter. Was able to install the screen from instructions on Youtube Initially I had issues with the backlight not activating, but it's because I didn't follow instructions to unplug the battery connector and replug it after installing the screen. After that, the screen worked perfectly!
