Bliss have been exemplary. Their
Bliss have been exemplary. Their communication and responses have been clear and accurate. They identified the display I needed even before I managed to take it out to get the model and part numbers. The packaging was superb with more than ample bubble wrap surrounding the display, which was placed in a box within a box. Taping up was ample and secure. I picked it up at the depot in perfect condition, brought it home and installed it. I had no issues there either.

I thought I had the correct screen. By sending them my serial they made it super easy with the actual correct screen and the invoice to click finish. OLED screen sucked to get out but the new one went in and looks original.

I needed to replace the screen in a friends old Toshiba laptop. I removed the old screen to access the part number. In researching replacement screen suppliers I came upon Bliss Computers. Their order process was very thorough requesting the make, model number, part number and serial number to ensure I was ordering the correct screen for the laptop. I ordered the screen on Tuesday and I received it on Friday. The Screen was very securely packaged. Wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box inside a box. It arrived in pristine condition and it fit like a glove. Thank you Bliss Computers!

As someone who purchases computer parts for a school district, this company has been wonderful to work with. They have the best prices for some of the LCDs we often buy to repair our devices, and they accept Net 30 payment terms and tax exemption. The sales representative we contact for quotes is very helpful and responsive, often responding to quote requests the same day. The LCDs are shipped in a timely manner and work perfectly when they arrive. I would highly recommend this company to other school districts looking for a more economic alternative to buying parts directly from the manufacturer.

The replacement screen works perfectly. Just keep in mind the double sided it is pretty much permanent. If you don't leave enough of it sticking out of the bottom of the screen to pull it to release, you'll have to destroy the screen to get it off, which means you'll only have 1 shot to get it perfectly in place and the connector attached.
