HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR FRIENDS AT BLISS COMPUTERS! I called Bliss in hopes they would have a replacement screen for a nearly new, high-end Lenovo X9-14 non-touchscreen laptop that a client had broken by mistake. Internet and AI web searches brought me to several companies but none of the companies I reached out to could get the non-touch replacement screen that we needed, until Bliss. In speaking with a nice and super helpful employee at Bliss, I discovered that non-touch replacement screens are simply not available, however Bliss said they had a replacement touchscreen that would work and that it would actually add touch functionality to a non-touch Lenovo X9 laptop. My client desperately needed his $1500 laptop repaired for work so we took a chance and ordered the $500+ screen. It arrived in only 5 days and was installed by a computer shop that was located near my client. The new touchscreen worked exactly as Bliss said and my client now has a fully functional touchscreen laptop and is back up and running. The new screen didn't even require a BIOS update to work! WIN! WIN! Everything worked out GREAT with the replacement and customers with a Lenovo X9-14 notebook can look to this option with confidence that it will work. Thank you for everything BLISS!
