Frustrating at first dealing with the: We're not going to sell it to you unless we know what you're doing. That should 100% be stated before I'm ever allowed to order! After talking with someone there, I understand why you do it, but a heads up for new folks like me that are ordering for the first time. And you folks state that all screens are tested before ever being shipped. Not saying it did or did not happen, but the two imperfections in mine were definitely missed. If you're testing has a bright screen, it never would have been seen. It's only noticeable on a dark screen. Outside of that, the screen is working good and I will order from y'all if I ever need anymore screens and you've got them.

The screen was installed and is functioning, however, when I close the lid, the computer does not go to sleep. When I ran the diagnostic test it’s telling me there is an error with the TCON firmware. Are you able to assist me with this please

Overall, excellent product. The unit I purchased was one of two displays that were applicable to my pc. I went from higher refresh to more pixels and am overwhelmingly pleased. Placing the order was relatively painless, for the most part i knew which panel i needed & so opted to sign a generic disclosure form saying any messups are on me. The panel arrived quite quickly and well packaged. The panel i ordered did come with adhesive installation strips in the display package which was nice. I was so pleased with things overall that i plan to order several more panels in the future to have for spare parts. In the past i dreaded the day when i finally broke my display because i didnt know how to shop for them.
