Amazing customer support. We had a faulty unit which was very quickly and efficiently dealt with by sending a replacement pod without any hesitation. But the most impressive thing was that the responses were over the weekend between Christmas and New Year.

Great Product and Customer Service. I had a few questions about some billing concerns and the blazepod team got back to me the same day and resolved the issue. I've used the product and my father has used them for PT for help with a neuro issue and they've been amazing for him and myself.

Very very responsive even late on a Friday night. Helpful but only challenge was that it was quite a long process for validating a relatively small fault. Elsewise done fast and efficiently.
