The customer service is outstanding! One of my pods fell off the mirror I was using in the clinic and it broke. Customer service had the issue resolved in 2 days and my replacements are on the way! On top of this, my patients love the activities! I work mostly with the elderly and you can modify the activities for all ages and levels. These Blazepods are the best investment I've made for my practice in a long time!
