The first set of pods did not work correctly but were promptly replaced. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 3 because timely responses from technical support.
I still haven't received the products and it's been nearly a month. No one from support has reached out after I've reached out to find out where my order is.
I ordered my BlazePods and pad with expedited shipping. As be of the proposed date for delivery, and only after I reach out to BlazePods, I am notified that my selected model was out of stock.

The customer service is outstanding! One of my pods fell off the mirror I was using in the clinic and it broke. Customer service had the issue resolved in 2 days and my replacements are on the way! On top of this, my patients love the activities! I work mostly with the elderly and you can modify the activities for all ages and levels. These Blazepods are the best investment I've made for my practice in a long time!

We have 12 BlazePods and our coaches and students couldn't be happier! Gamifying our curriculum has brought us to a whole new level. The product is very good and exactly what my partner and I needed to improve our tennis.
