Love the Pods

The items arrived very quickly.

This is a great product, super high quality, and my kids and I are having a lot of fun with it! However, the restrictions on the free version feel way too limiting - especially not being able to save activities I created, track progress, or customise names. Since I’m using this just for my two sons (6yo and 2. 5yo) rather than as a coach, an annual subscription is steep on top of an already not-cheap product. I love what you’ve built, but the heavy restrictions are disappointing enough that I even considered returning it for a refund while I’m still within the trial period. Incredible product, a bit too restrictive. Hope you will consider changing some of it in the future

They have been great, very easy and simple to work with, we had to send 1 out of 6 back and the returning process was very smooth and quick. They were very helpful and great o work with!! Definitely recommend if you are thinking of purchasing with them

I’m giving BlazePod 1 star, and it’s honestly disappointing because the actual product itself is great. The pods work well, the training system is fun, and it has a lot of potential for athletes and coaches. What completely ruined the experience for me is the subscription model. After already paying a premium price for the hardware, you still have to pay a monthly subscription just to unlock more features that should already be included. Even worse, you have to pay extra just to add another user/player to the app. For something designed around team training and multiple athletes, locking basic multi-user functionality behind another paywall feels excessive. I could understand optional advanced analytics being subscription-based, but charging for core functionality after buying expensive equipment leaves a bad taste. Great product idea, but the constant upselling and locked features make it hard to recommend.

One of the 4 pods arrived could not be charged up. They sent me a replacement after remote diagnosis. But the replacement pod, although working well, could not be charged fully. It also would not hold charges as well as the other pods. They sent me yet another replacement pod, which worked. It seems that quality control has been an issue.

Shipped promptly. However having trouble getting one pod to charge correctly. It will be pain if I have to ship it back to the US for repair/replacement - Tony N

Their service is solid, but very expensive. I would like the free service to offer more functionality at this price point.
