Unbelievable customer service

Great customer service and came quickly

I had a rather unique problem regarding my account and membership and they solved it in a couple of hours on a Friday without any problems. 10/10

Their quick response and their will to help went beyond.

The customer service was IMPECCABLE! I have never received such good service in my life for ANY good or service! Thank you BalzePod!

I recently purchased an item and then I received a promo code for Valentine's day. They gave me a credit for the difference. They were very quick to respond!

good service

The customer service is outstanding! One of my pods fell off the mirror I was using in the clinic and it broke. Customer service had the issue resolved in 2 days and my replacements are on the way! On top of this, my patients love the activities! I work mostly with the elderly and you can modify the activities for all ages and levels. These Blazepods are the best investment I've made for my practice in a long time!

Great product. Great customer service.

We have 12 BlazePods and our coaches and students couldn't be happier! Gamifying our curriculum has brought us to a whole new level. The only thing that is better than their amazing product is their customer service! I had an issue with one of my pods and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. They seriously stand behind their product!

Excellent and quick customer service

Very timely responses from the BlazePod team. Helpful in assisting with my enquires

Superfast answer to my question and swift resolve of my issue.

Very quick, helpful, and friendly support!

The product is very good and exactly what my partner and I needed to improve our tennis. I misunderstood and ordered items wrongly and some parts were missing but they responded me on the same day and top of that a few exchanges a day so I managed to get the missing parts super smoothly. They are so helpful and the best service I've ever received.

Very helpful, and quick response from customer service

Customer service was extremely quick to answer an issue and resolved it immediately. It's a rare commodity to have a team that can resolve problems that quickly these days. It's very much appreciated!
