Selection of shoes was good, and they arrived promptly in a very well packaged, but lightweight box and wrapping. I would shop here again! If I had needed to return the shoes, It looked as though the process would have been easy.

thank you for your quick delivery!

Great company to purchase from. Easy returns- seamless! So happy I found them. Purchased a pair of road riding shoes. I wasn't sure about the fit. Two days later, I order the same shoe in another size to compare. I kept the first pair. The company extended a coupon code to my original purchase, even better than the original discount. Highly recommend. Fast shipping, quick return process. Excellent customer service.

I have had a great experience with bikeshoes. com. Price was competitive and order was shipped quickly.

Originally bought the wrong size and was able to return and purchase again very easily.

Great customer service and got what I needed. I wasn’t sure how the brand I was ordering would fit - so did the “order 2 sizes thing”. Got the shoe I needed & clips - and returning the “wrong” size was made very simple. Thanks!

Shipping was fast, unfortunately I got the wrong size and my correct size was out of stock, but the return process was painless and easy. Would buy from this store again! Great operation

Good variety,, shoes came fast and were what was ordered. Could use some more angle pics of each shoe.

Excellent shoes and great service

Very good service.

Quick service and updates on shipping.

Very quick shipping!!!

Perfect fit for my EE wide feet great looks with the bitchen black color ! The only drawback is I wish they had upper and lower BOA knobs but they tighten very well … one last detail that I find good to have is when I release the knobs from the locked position, they release quite easily even with sweaty fingers .

Great fast Fedex delivery, great bike shoe selection. Thanks!

They fit well, customer service was top notch on a return (due to sizing) and a discount for a clearance item and extremely thorough in reply. The shoes fit well and comfy - not hard to walk around in.

First time buying from these guys. Great experience. The price was better than backcountry. com with discount. Fast handling, no delays. Will buy again.

Other shoes tend to hurt my feet because they are too narrow. I got these shoes because they come in a wide size. They feel great!

Great communication, great selection, and fast shipping. Super happy since the options in our area are limited.

Super happy with my service from them. And my new Lake shoes are fantastic.

About $50 cheaper than other shoes and I got it in 48hrs. Awesome!
