This was my first experience buying bike shoes so I was a little unfamiliar with how the sizes run and I’ve heard they tend to run a little smaller than normal so I ordered 2 separate sizes and returned the one I didn’t want and both the ordering and shipping to and from and receiving refund went smoothly!! Will use again when I need shoes.

Very good experience! Wasn’t sure about the size of my shoe since it’s not in stock anywhere near me so I ordered a couple of sizes and kept the one that fit and returned the ones that didn’t without a problem. Would highly recommend!

These shoes did not work well for my foot. I have a reasonably square foot and the taper of the toebox is too steep for my little toe to fit into the shoe. The fitting app did not take this into account at all and in fact told me my current shoe size was 'impossible'. Unfortunately I have to size up a lot in most shoes to get the width I need at the little toe. I'm not mad, just facts.

These shoes are fantastic! They are very comfortable. I have plenty of room in the toe box. I feel like I could ride all day.
