Great service, great delivery and great product. Would definitely purchase from here again!

Fantastic service with lightning fast shipping. Frist time ordering cycling shoes from a website and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

As advertised. Great shipping and communication.

Bought the Specialized s-works torch road shoes. Price was better than anywhere else by far and the customer service was tip top! Would definitely buy from Bike Shoes again.

I love my new shoes and fit was true to size. (Also love the color!) Good on my gravel bike and MTB.

Fast shipping, great pricing, and a quality selection of shoes to choose from!

After a long search for a true wide mountain bike shoe, the Shimano XC302E Wide (SH‑XC302E) is the one that finally delivered. The fit is exactly what I needed — roomy in the forefoot without feeling sloppy, and the overall feel of the shoe is solid, supportive, and comfortable on long rides. Shimano really nailed the balance between stiffness for power transfer and enough flex to stay comfortable off the bike. The quality is excellent, the closure system pulls evenly across the foot, and the shoe feels secure without creating pressure points. If you’ve struggled to find a wide shoe that actually is wide, this model is worth it. I ordered mine through BikeShoes. com, and I’m glad I did. Their order processing was smooth from start to finish — fast shipping, accurate updates, and no hassle at all. It’s a retailer I can trust, and I’ll use them again. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a true wide MTB shoe and wants a reliable place to buy it.

Quick shipping and a great price. Will shop with them again

Fast shipping good quality product

I’ve only taken a short ride in my shoes, but they are really comfortable and so easy to walk in.

Incredibly helpful and responsive. A welcome respite from faceless e-tailers. Highly recommended.

BikeShoes have a great selection of shoes - Road, Mountain, and Gravel. Their Customer Service people were extremely helpful in suggesting a shoe that would meet my needs after a foot surgery changed how my old shoes fit. They were helpful with fit and sizing questions that I had. They also have a very “customer-friendly” return policy since I had to return several shoes and buy different ones throughout this process. Their website was easy to use for purchasing and returns. They even expedited some shipping of new purchases so I could compare a couple pairs side-by-side. I will use BikeShoes again for new shoes - and recommend my cycling friends and family members to do so, as well.

First purchase…. Quick delivery and great price. Will be buying more from bikeshoes. com.

Great experience! Information on line allowed me to feel comfortable buying the LAKE brand for my husband who wears a 13 EE. Shipping communication provided even on a weekend as I wanted the shoes prior to his birthday!! He has not actually bikes with them yet as we are biking in Montana and did not want a new shoe on an epic ride. We both feel this will work out good. Customer service superb!!

Great place to order bike shoes. Awesome selection. Fast and free shipping with free returns. Also, a knowledgeable staff to help steer you toward the right shoe.

Great price, clean website, fast shipping, just perfect!

I found the shoes I was looking at the lowest online price. I tried my best to order the right size but had to send them back for a 1/2 size smaller. Shipping was quick and easy. I now have the smaller pair and they fit perfectly.

Everything about my experience with Bikeshoes. com was excellent. The only comment I have is they should send shoe boxes in a box and not wrapped in plastic. Trying to return shoes in the original plastic is not the easiest (if not opened properly) nor the safest method if you care about the product, luckily I had a box that the shoe box fit in.

I was unfamiliar with your website prior to my recent purchase. I ordered a pair of MTB shoes that shipped and arrived quicker than expected. I then ordered a pair of shoes for casual rides and commuting. Same scenario as they arrived quickly. Unfortunately, they were both too big. I went through the seamless return process and had my refunds appear in my bank account quicker than expected. Overall, I’m very happy with the my experience with bikeshoes. com. I’m just waiting for my size to be in stock before re-ordering. This website is great resource for cyclists of all types and levels.

Really bad return policy
