Great experience! Information on line allowed me to feel comfortable buying the LAKE brand for my husband who wears a 13 EE. Shipping communication provided even on a weekend as I wanted the shoes prior to his birthday!! He has not actually bikes with them yet as we are biking in Montana and did not want a new shoe on an epic ride. We both feel this will work out good. Customer service superb!!

I found the shoes I was looking at the lowest online price. I tried my best to order the right size but had to send them back for a 1/2 size smaller. Shipping was quick and easy. I now have the smaller pair and they fit perfectly.

Everything about my experience with Bikeshoes. com was excellent. The only comment I have is they should send shoe boxes in a box and not wrapped in plastic. Trying to return shoes in the original plastic is not the easiest (if not opened properly) nor the safest method if you care about the product, luckily I had a box that the shoe box fit in.

I was unfamiliar with your website prior to my recent purchase. I ordered a pair of MTB shoes that shipped and arrived quicker than expected. I then ordered a pair of shoes for casual rides and commuting. Same scenario as they arrived quickly. Unfortunately, they were both too big. I went through the seamless return process and had my refunds appear in my bank account quicker than expected. Overall, I’m very happy with the my experience with bikeshoes. com. I’m just waiting for my size to be in stock before re-ordering. This website is great resource for cyclists of all types and levels.

Really bad return policy

I never recieved my shoes, I filed a claim with UPS and they denyed it, someone here said they would send me replacement but that never happened. I'm super bummed about it.
