Buying shoes online is hard. But I have to say it’s easier with good customer service, easy free returns, and insanely fast shipping. This was my recent experience after trying 4 different pairs of shoes. Would use again.

I have worse hotfoot now than I had with my Shimano road shoes. My podiatrist says I need wider shoes, and I got 'em with these shoes, and my feet hurt worse when riding in over 70 deg weather.

The service is very good, as good as this category can be. The process of buying bike shoes is incredibly difficult. Euro sizes are not difficult to manage but the overall sizing of bike shoes is incredibly frustrating. I would assume that the majority of the customer base are NOT providers (6’, 20yo, 145lbs) I have attempted to purchase several shoes only to return them due to the fit. BIKE SHOES has been great to wrk with but I am still without shoes as the manufacturers cant seem to make shoes to fit normal humans. I need shoes that fit, perform well and dont strangle my feet. Even with all the help BIKE SOES provides the sizes stated by the manufacturers does not seem to work.

As an avid cyclist for nearly 20 years, I have no idea how this awesome platform had remained under my radar. That's why I was very skeptical to make my first purchase especially because the shoes I was eyeing were on sale at an incredible price. But I decided to pull the trigger and I'm so glad I did. I received step-by-step updates on my order and received it in a few days. This easily would have taken 1+ week with my other online retailers such as Biketiresdirect, etc. unless I pay an extra huge fee for so-called expedited shipping. Unfortunately, the shoes themselves weren't a good fit for me as they appeared to have the same issue as my Shimano RX801 with the tongue rubbing against the top of my foot and leaving a huge red mark after long rides. . . but that was all on me. . . should have done more research. If anything, it further proved how great Bikeshoes. com really is since the return process was just as smooth as my 1st purchase. These guys definitely have my business. I will probably pull the trigger on a high-end Lake MX242 once it goes on sale and my size is back in stock.

These shoes are the only ones wide enough for me to wear. They are truly a foot saver! Still, for my extra wide feet, the toe box is still tight. It would be nice if they were available in true width choices.
