I never recieved my shoes, I filed a claim with UPS and they denyed it, someone here said they would send me replacement but that never happened. I'm super bummed about it.

Exactly what I needed. I love my SIDI shoes and needed a new pair…my order was received fast and perfect!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I ordered the perfect size. I can't say enough about the Quoc Gran Tourer XC. They are the most comfortable shoe I have worn to date and I've owned all the major brands. Thank you bikeshoes. com

Fast shipping. Wide selection.

Shoes are great. Have about 200 miles on them so far

Love my Lake shoes. Got some for myself and my son and they are fantastic!

Great customer service. Keri was incredibly helpful. She was like my personal shopper. Just wanted to help.

Great selection, fast free shipping, prompt customer service (real person, not a bot) and fast refunds (took a few pairs to find the right shoes). On top of all that, best price I found. I would definitely shop here again!

Competive price, good selection and fast shipping. Total win.

Prompt service and generous return policy. I ordered three pairs of shoes to find the best fit. I returned the other two without difficulty.

Very Satified

Service and shoes were both fantastic! Nothing much else to be said. You guys were great!

The only site to purchase bike shoes, Fast, great manufactures and supper support if you need help

Me and my son love our Lake shoes! Bikeshoes. com was great to work with and gave such a great deal.

This was my first experience buying bike shoes so I was a little unfamiliar with how the sizes run and I’ve heard they tend to run a little smaller than normal so I ordered 2 separate sizes and returned the one I didn’t want and both the ordering and shipping to and from and receiving refund went smoothly!! Will use again when I need shoes.

The free shipping and return policies were excellent. These policies allowed me to select the size that best fit. I would definitely purchase shoes here again.

I appreciate the varied selection. There are shoes available with great discounts. One of the best features is the return policy/process. We all know shoe sizes/fit have differentiation. I was so relieved when my return processed without a hitch.

Got the shoes been on a couple good rides couple hundred miles great fit I'm surprised

You were wonderful. Handled my return with no hassle, gave me great advice about a better fit. I ended up with shoes that I love.

Very good experience! Wasn’t sure about the size of my shoe since it’s not in stock anywhere near me so I ordered a couple of sizes and kept the one that fit and returned the ones that didn’t without a problem. Would highly recommend!
