I recently placed an order that I needed in a rush. I received notice that it was on back order but they would ship as soon as they could. I called to get an idea of when that was and the shipping manager let me know the schedule. It was an ambitious goal, in my opinion, but they met it! I was so excited to see the fabric delivered at 9:00 am this morning! Excellent, honest customer service! The fabric is top notch. Highly recommend.

The canvas I ordered is perfect for my workroom cutting table.

I love using the #8 cotton duck heavy weight canvas for the bags I make. The color choices are awesome and the quality is excellent. I'm able to get 5 bags out of 2 yards of the 60" products which helps keep the cost down and I usually get my orders within a couple days. Great folks.

Love the fabrics. Perfect for the indoor porch furniture I've had for years. And the fact I can wash it-great!

I make a lot of cornhole bags and was very concerned when JoAnn Fabrics closed. They were the ONLY store near me to find the right stuff. I found your website and described what I needed since I couldn't feel or see the fabric. I am very happy with the samples sent. I don't need any product yet, but I will for sure order from here.

Fantastic thick yet smooth canvas for oil painting. A bit thick even for large 6'x6' but the extra sturdiness is great and the smooth canvas is easy to gesso with a few layers until it is decently smooth to my liking.

Big Duck Canvas has excellent customer service. The fabric factory sent two dye lots which didn’t match and BDC promptly handled the problem by replacing it with new, single dye lot fabric. They were courteous, concerned and efficient.

We purchased the fabric to match some outdoorsy fabric we purchased for pillows, which had bears, deer, etc in a forest of green so we wanted a solid green fabric for the cushion for our outdoor sofa. Looks great! Can I send a photo?
