Order is always shipped fast and recieved in good condition.

I’ve been a long‑time customer of Big Duck and have always appreciated their great service and reliable fabric selection. Over the past year, though, things seem to have shifted. Customer service has become harder to get clear answers from, and the fabric options I’ve relied on aren’t as consistent as they used to be. Because of that, I felt it was fair to take off stars. Their motto is “helping businesses succeed,” and I truly hope they get back to that level of support. Recently, customer service hasn’t been able to provide basic restock timelines or confirm whether staple products will continue to be carried, which makes planning difficult for my business. I’ve enjoyed working with them for many years, and I’m hopeful things improve. For now, I’m exploring additional suppliers to make sure I can keep my business running smoothly.

The quality of the 12 oz duck was perfect and it shipped so quickly!!! I will definitely be ordering all my fabric here from now on!

Great canvas!!!!

Great customer service. Love all the color options. Shipping cost was a little higher than expected going from GA to NC

great fabric. Perfect for the hammock I was making. Thanks

The fabric color was beautiful, weight was exactly what I needed and shipping was fast. I will be ordering more from Bigduck in the future.

A very large selection of products, excellent quality, and outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Have used your fabrics for many many years and have always been pleased with the quality and substance of the goods! Many Thanks M. M.

Fabric was delivered quickly and it was just perfect! I ordered duck canvas to recover two chairs. I was very impressed with the quality of the fabric!! Very durable! I contacted customer service prior to ordering. The person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I will most definitely order again!

Years loving the vintage stone wash and heartbroken when I heard it was leaving. I ordered a yard of the new replacement with skepticism…. It is different for sure but I need to say I DO LOVE IT!! :)

5 stars

What a fantastic experience , not to mention the high quality product, thank you.

Great quality, incredible service!

Ordered several times and each time has been exactly as ordered.

Quality fabric, helpful, friendly customer service and fast shipping. Only wish there were coupons available for shipping after first purchase. Slipcover made for antique loveseat using stoned washed canvas. Now purchasing 10 oz cotton duck for chair slipcover. Thank you

The thickness is . 022, is great for patching round balls for muzzleloaders. Thanks

I’ve purchased different canvases from Big Duck over the years and have never been disappointed. Excellent quality and service. Only place to buy canvas!
