I ordered 500 appointment cards and was not satisfied with the print quality, but I give the company props for their excellent customer service. They responded to my complaint right away and offered to reprint them (along with an additional coating that addressed the problem) at no charge. I’m glad I gave them another chance and would use them again in the future.
