Great product

Everything was great

Initial order was lost. Waited 3 weeks, called back. Funny, they had my information but order had not been completed.

Received quickly, easy install, good customer service and great water.

What I expected from a genuine berkey.

From the time we ordered the product and received it was pretty quick.

Thanks

Great product and great service!

5 star wire stand

Black filters arrived quickly and were easy to install.

We love the Berkey and the main teas is the filters. As we travel in our RV, it gives us peace of mind knowing how clean the water is. Tastes great! Highly recommend

Amazing product, Amazing customer service!! My first order of replacement filters was lost in transit. Jennie had them replaced and shipped asap for me and kept me up to date until they arrived at my door. Thank you, Jennie!!!!

Timely shipping

I recently bought the Big Berkey Shower Filter, and I’ve been really impressed with the results. The difference in water quality was noticeable almost immediately—especially when it comes to chlorine. Before installing it, my water had that typical chemical smell, but now it’s much cleaner and more neutral. The biggest change for me has been how my hair feels after showering. It’s noticeably softer, less dry, and just overall feels cleaner. My skin also doesn’t feel as tight or irritated as it used to. Installation was straightforward, and it fits well with my existing shower setup. If you’re dealing with heavily chlorinated water, this is definitely worth trying. It’s made a bigger difference than I expecte

I just received my new Phoenix water filters. They are really great because they filter more quickly than my original black filters.

Awesome experience buying new berkey filters. Love my berkey
