We were familiar with the Berkey system, having used it at our son's house. The delivery was quicker than expected. It works as advertised. The sight glass spigot should be a standard feature on the system.

Not excited about paying $12 for shipping for the spigot. I only needed the gaskets but was required to buy the whole unit.

Service is great. Will always be a customer. Would love to see the original filters back in stock.

Great value to buy the blemished version, I got lucky and barely notice the small dent. Glad I got the biggest size so I only have to fill it every other day.

I got my blemished Royal Berkey and it looked perfect! I can hardly tell the blemishes. The shipping was lightning fast. I got it within 3 days. I also ordered the PF2 for filtering out the fluoride. I'm a super satisfied customer. I ordered three for me and my family. Two are going in the Philippines!
