They seem to be working well. Cleaning the water inputted very quickly

Spigot looks nice and was easy to install.

It took 3 weeks to get. Customer service reached out to make sure that we received it and when we had not they followed up and we got it quickly after that.

So far we like the Berkey. We've had it together for 3 days now. It's fairly easy to put together. There are good utube videos available if you are a visual learner. At first I thought the water smelled off. We dumped the first drinkable batch and refilled. Now it smells and tastes great.

All went well except that person I ordered from was a bit less than friendly 🤷

Im happy with the idea of removing arse ic and Florida as well as other toxins with my four black and four arsenic/fluoride folding place. I clean my system every 6 months and it works beautifully👍

The berkey team is amazing and we’re so helpful and quick to respond when I reached Out about priming the new filters. I was Use to priming the charcoal so wasn’t sure how to do the ceramic ones. Very happy with the customer service

Five Star*****Big Berkey Company. I Love all your products - Best company ever! The Big Berkey came in a sturdy box and the Berkey was wrapped really well. Fast delivery. The filters are the best filters around. I have a number of different water treatment filters but none of them come close to removing all the contaminants that the black Berkey Filters do. Also, this company has the best customer service around.

I did not receive a confirmation email for my purchase or tracking info. I had to email them to verify my order was being shipped. They replied promptly.

Fast shipping and easy to put together

I just got these filters and I'm pretty excited about them. The problem I'm running into now is the filters takes a LONG time to allow water to pass - much longer than the black filters. I wish they had included the primer pieces that came with the black filters, I think that could definitely have helped. I'll probably look into buying them next time (also. . . so annoying to have to buy them when they used to just come with the filters!) Other than that, the water tastes good and it's nice that they don't take up as much room in the Berkey system as the old filters plus floride extensions did.
