Everything with this purchase was smooth. We Love our Royal Berkey & it is a great fit for our household of 6. The flushing of the filters was challenging at first, but then I realized I could use the adaptor on my garden hose & that worked quickly & perfectly! EXCELLENT PRODUCT & GREAT SERVICE.

The black rubber ring at the bottom of the filter wasn’t fitting well. But customer Service replaced it quickly.
