We really like our new Big Berkey with the water view spigot. I think I should have flushed the filters a bit longer in the startup process because the taste was a bit off for about three days then the taste was fine. If you follow the instructions precisely, the installation/assembly is easy. Washing and drying all the parts took the most time. We ordered the water view spigot, and it works well with no leaks. The most disappointing thing is the inability to obtain additional black Berkey filters. We wanted 4 but could only get 2 with our system, and they are currently not available to order. We can't find out why.
