Service and support are great. USA based too.

Smooth easy experience

Love my new berkey.

The new Phoenix filters are much easier to prime and use than the older Berkey Black filters.

Big Berkey has always worked great for me and are easy to install. Thank you for offering a great product!

Berkey arrived as expected. Water tastes good. My family of 3 have to fill it up once a day (we use it for drinking and cooking). Only complaint is shipping took longer than expected (6 days) — with the website claiming next day shipping I expected it faster.

Great price. . Good filter

Big Berkey Water Filters provide consistently GREAT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES!!!! USA Berkey Waters Filters messed up three of four of my orders. I wonder how they stay in business.

I have used these filters for years, and have saved so much money by NOT buying plastic bottled water. The water I drink is safer, cleaner, and free from contaminants, unlike the bottled water we're offered. I'm so happy I discovered these filters so long ago.

As always these filters are the best i have ever used. Easy to install and am confident that my water is pure.

Everything was smooth - no glitches. Ordered, shipped here, set up easy.

Authentic Berkey filters cannot be found anywhere else. While others try to immolate, they fail. I know. I was tricked by the rederick once. They left my Berkey a mess.

Just bought, but so far so good! Fast draining, we have a Imperial Berkey and two has sufficed for a family of 5!

You did good

The system came fast, was packaged well and had all the parts.

Shipping was fast and the product was great, would buy again

Waited a while to replace our shower filter but once we did the difference in the water was crazy. So much cleaner and less harsh. You don’t realize the difference between using a filter & using a big berkey filter. Undeniable

Shipping simple and quick

Okay for until we get our whole house filter. Not good for long term use as major design flaw causes huge leaks

Great value to buy the blemished Berkey system. It looks perfect!
