Berkey arrived as expected. Water tastes good. My family of 3 have to fill it up once a day (we use it for drinking and cooking). Only complaint is shipping took longer than expected (6 days) — with the website claiming next day shipping I expected it faster.

Authentic Berkey filters cannot be found anywhere else. While others try to immolate, they fail. I know. I was tricked by the rederick once. They left my Berkey a mess.
