Had a Berkeley for along time. Love it but now want to have it off my counter

The best!

Shipping was fast. Item was well packaged. Not sold on the business model that a lost shipment that didn't reach us would be our problem to solve unless we purchased extra shipping insurance. We purchased it, but felt compelled to. Water is clear and tastes good. We hope the filters last for some time.

1st time buyer/user. The taste is pure.

Well packed and shipping was good.

Too many emails

Fast shipping. Great product

Great filters, fast shipping

First time ordering from your company. My old Berkey supplier went out of business. Your filters were great. Improved instructions sped things up. Only problem - You send too many emails. The only thing I really want emails about are sales.

We have had the big berkey for quite a few years now. We like it a lot. It cleans the water so well that we are never sick here in our house. There are 5 of us livng here at this time, and it;s good that we do not hve to worry about our drinking water. I just called and made a phone order for 2 new black filters for our big berkey. The order went smoothly and we received our filters within maybe 4 days. They were very easy to prime now with that new rubber primer. I am so happy our daughter researched and found this water purifier for us, as it might be the best one out there. Gail Hunter

My 'five stars' IS THE REVIEW

Good clean water

Everything is perfect especially the water!

Super easy to install and my shower water feels much less harsh

My order was accurate and arrived promptly. Would recommend!

Service was quick and accurate

Our experience with Big Berkey Water Filters has been great! I had a discount code on one of my orders that I didn't put in correctly. I called customer service and she immediately, without any issue or complaint, refunded the discount amount. Thank you, Big Berkey!
