There were two filters that came with and only problem was that my kitchen has a spray option and does not have the small aerator needed for the filters so I used the bathtub.

Missing my old berkey filters! Bought these as a replacement and I don’t think I primed them enough to flush the out because even after scrubbing the outside a bit, after installing there was still some black sediment from the filters that was floating on top of the water tank and some that had sunk to the bottom. Will flush them again and see how they do!

Great company. I had an issue ordering and they called quickly to help resolve it. Shipping was fast too. I will shop here again.

With my order, I ordered the Big Berkey, the fluoride filters, and the priming pump. I received the order a few days later, but the fluoride filters weren’t included. I contacted the company about it. They had to investigate the packaging department’s video footage to determine if the filters were placed in the box. Their footage showed they did, but the package I received didn’t have them. My box didn’t look tampered with. So I don’t know what happened to the filters. I sent a picture to the Berkey rep of all items I received and this picture showed that the fluoride filters weren’t included in the delivery. Thankfully the company was gracious to send me replacement fluoride filters.
