I've ordered from this company since 2019 when they had a different website. That's OK, I had a different email address. No matter. This company consistently provides amazing products. Also, since my first order, I have recommended them and the people, when they got their orders processed, told me how pleased they were and glad for the recommendation. I received an email asking me to review my recent purchase in order to get a discount on my next order. I don't like to send data by clicking in email, and I don't need a discount to recommend the company. That's why I'm submitting my review directly to the website. I received a wrong crystal at first but in the moment that I text them, they resolved the problem and send me the right one very fast. I’m so happy with the result and my family loved it.

Had back and forth contact with Bruna Tapia regarding photo choice, switching the product (sizing up due to the photo I wanted), and changing the name for shipping and she was so sweet and helpful! She answered all my questions and helped me get the product I am so happy with!

Beautifully done and super quick shipping. I am though disappointed of the size that I ordered. I realize that the measurements are listed but I feel that a visual representation of all the sizes offered should actually be shown together to be able to compare. This was supposed to be gift to someone who just lost a family member, and I am embarrassed to give it to them because of how small the small is. I will order again sometime in the upcoming future for different occasions (the right size) but that doesn't help me now at the moment for this gift.
