Not only do they offer high quality and beautiful merchandise, their customer service is one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the longest time. I bought a beautiful heart shaped piece of my son and his family as a gift for father's and mothers day, I also received the beautiful Keychain of my precious baby granddaughter. Unfortunately there was a problem with the Keychain. I emailed them and sent pictures of the issue and in less than 24 hours, not only did they respond, they already had made and shipped out a replacement. If this is not high quality service, I don't know what is. I am so pleased that not only am I writing a review here to give reassurance to any potential buyers, that this a high quality legit site, I am also sharing my review on Google.
