This deserves 5 stars not for perfection, but for beautiful product and outstanding customer service. I am a six-time customer of Beyond Memories and I can say that every gift has been received with much and praise for the craftsmanship and beauty of the design. But as it happens in life, sometimes things happen. This is where Beyond Memories MORE than shines! The response time is almost immediate (one hour on a Sunday night). The replacement, if needed, is also immediate. (Reordered and sent by the next day). These people stand by their beautiful work and many of us are so grateful.

Even the 2D design with no 4K looked amazing, and my family was shocked and so happy about it.
