I wanted something special for our 25th anniversary. Not a big tech guy myself. Simply called beyond memories. . Steven stayed in contact with me throughout the process. I was worried about resolution using a 25 year old photo and taking a picture of that with my own phone. They took that image and created a 3 dimensional likeness inside aa heavy duty perfectly clear crystal that is amazing. . From the side you can see our faces as if you were there 25 years ago. I was able to add text I wanted in 3 lines at the bottom. . Because I do a lot of wood work I chose to make my own base with a light and switch. . The crystal sits there perfectly and the gentle light shines up through it. No adhesive is needed because of the weight and quality of the crystal. My wife was very pleased. I really can't think of a gift that would have been better. The people at beyond memories really care! If you want a terrific product to celebrate something special don't hesitate contacting this company. . . Don't shortchange the moment with something else that doesn't measure up!!

My family and I wanted to gift my mother a special 60th birthday gift. We did just that by capturing a special in her life with her mother! There was no issue with ordering and shipping the package. I ordered the heart design crystal. There were only two options to choose from. Small and Mini. Small being the default and no description of the size on the order page. Small is not bad, but would have liked to have had something a little larger. The end product and order processing, packaging and shipping are awesome. You definitely get what yo pay for.

Using the Beyond memories website was simple, safe and secure. I was able to test multiple different photos as I was looking for that "perfect" photo that would mean the most to the person I was gifting to. I would highly recommend this business for the quality, simplicity and ease purchase.

I ordered the love shaped crystal with the base and the quality was top notch. I just wish the crystal could fit into the base so it doesn’t move while on it. But the engraving in the crystal was so beautiful

I am a six-time customer of Beyond Memories and I can say that every gift has been received with much and praise for the craftsmanship and beauty of the design. But as it happens in life, sometimes things happen. This is where Beyond Memories MORE than shines! The response time is almost immediate (one hour on a Sunday night). The replacement, if needed, is also immediate. (Reordered and sent by the next day). These people stand by their beautiful work and many of us are so grateful.
