I bought the Signature Mid-Rise bootcut jeans in the Roma wash, and while they fit well, when I went to iron them in order to hem, the heat of the iron caused a NOXIOUS SMELL. It took me a moment to figure out that it was coming from the fabric itself. I immediately stopped ironing once I realized what was happening, and I hung the jeans outside to hopefully air out. No dice. After 3 hours of hanging on a line in the open air, the fabric still had that horrid chemical smell. I've tossed them in the washer, but I'll probably end up having to toss them in the toxic waste bin at the town dump. Yes, the smell is that noxious. I've hemmed other stretchy jeans, and it was fine, but these jeans are not heat safe and should probably come with a warning.

We want a few functional pockets, not a million pockets that just add bulk and we never use. I love this brand and would buy several more pairs if you'd just bring back the 2 pocket dress pants & add some nice colors.

Love the pants! I wear them everyday for work and they are the best in holding up and always looking amazing! Will only wear Betabrand for work pants! 5 🌟

Excellent, customer service!

I've spent a lot of money with this company but it's really going downhill. My last order was 2 items and 1 of them never arrived. I've reached out and only got automated responses.

I only buy Betabrand denim and dress pants. You can’t beat them for comfort, flexibility, and longevity. Sometimes shipping takes longer than others, but that has improved. Besides, the pants are worth the wait!

This is a company with no customer service. You can’t phone them and they won’t respond via their website customer service requests. Do not order from them.

Please use 80 year old women to model clothes that are supposed to be for an 80 year old. Also I don't think that many, if any, can or want to wear jumpsuits. Get some older models.

I haven’t received my order. There’s no telephone number to call for customer service. Betabrand exclusively offers an email address. When you submit an email for assistance, you get an automatic reply saying they will get back with you in 1-2 business days. It’s a lie. It’s been a week since I emailed and no one has responded. I paid money for a product and never received it. I guess that’s the new norm for Betabrand. I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and have brought many others into the Betabrand fold. But not anymore! I don’t know what happened to Betabrand, they used to be a great company. This bad experience is not a fluke. I’ve had issues with my last three purchases - ever since they moved to “email customer service only”. Perhaps writing this review will get their attention.

The delivery was very fast.

The return process took longer than expected, but it was ultimately approved since I was sent a medium but ordered a large. The correct size is now on the way.
