Love Betabrand

I started buying from Betabrand in 2018 and haven't stopped. The products run a little expensive for my budget. But they last and last and maintain their shape. So I would rather own a few of these than many from other brands.

The material was thin composites to the many pairs I have purchased. Was disappointed

Have been trying to get a response from customer service for three weeks now on a pair of pants that the incorrect style was sent. Because I previously exchanged them, I’m not able to use the self service tool. The customer service department told me to send a photo proof of the wrong style received and they have yet to respond in three weeks now.

Sent wrong size for one pair and the xs is waaay too big for petite. (Length and width).

I have not been disappointed with every style of pants I have from Betabrand! And reasonable pricing too.
