I love the pants but the petite sizes are not short enough. Not even close. Alterations are required.

I found the order came rather quick and a tracking number was given so you knew when you would receive.

too long, too full

I ordered pants six years ago only to have multiple issues with the order. As a resolve, they offered me a $45 credit which was a decent gesture and also forgotten about six years later, 2026. I ordered another pair not remembering completely the fiasco. I searched my email to find an update on my 2026 order as I had not received any communication for two weeks. First red flag. I found the original 2020 email stating the $45 credit, forwarded it to Betabrand asking for it to be credited back to my card. They said no. I offered to return the pants and reorder so I could get my credit, they said yes. So they wanted me to actually return an item only to send it back to me because they did not want to credit my card “retroactively". I was out of the country and unable to take care of this within their 30 day time frame. I would have to pay the shipping fee all over again as they do not offer free shipping under $125. In fact, they offer a $3. 00 fee to return an item. Which I paid. They have a a long, strict return policy. They state that the original bag has to be present with the barcode along with a whole host of things. The quality of the pants is not remarkable and I’m not sure why I bothered with this company again. 0 for 2. Their carbon footprint is huge, and they have no regard to being a solid, sustainable company with strong customer service. They make it extremely difficult and expensive to return items. Obviously because they make more money doing it that way. Quality is just OK. This company is only out for big profit. For this price point, I would expect much stronger customer service as well as return policies that are fair and reasonable. There are way better companies with way better quality items out there and Betabrand is in no position to behave this way.
