These are great material, very comfy, and fit well, but sadly I didn’t realize I was ordering without pockets. It’s 2026, who wants anything without pockets anymore? I won’t even buy/wear dresses without pockets 😂… that said, it’s my fault for not catching I was ordering the wrong style.

I really love Betabrand DPYP and the denim jeans. Although there weee some variations in their sizes I just either size up or down. Their denim pants before really fit me great. However, when I received my recent purchase of their denim pants it was way too huge. Their sizing had changed from 6 years ago. Will be returning the 2 denim pants I bought. The high waist is really flattering but the fit from hips down was huge. Also even the petite length was way too long. The size and fit for DPYP did not change though. For reference I am 5’0 ft & 98lbs.

I've been a loyal Betabrand customer for years. Since purchasing my first pair in February 2021, I've spent $3,054. 55 on Betabrand pants and blazers. That's a significant investment in one brand, and until recently, I was happy to make it. Unfortunately, this pair of white pants was an immediate return. While the fabric is fairly substantial, the pocket outlines are clearly visible through both the front and back of the pants, creating a cheap-looking appearance that I wasn't expecting at this price point. What ultimately pushed me over the edge, though, was the return process. I paid $102. 67 for these pants, but my refund will only be about $82 after return fees and because I don't want the additional store-credit option. As a long-time customer who has spent more than $3,000 with the company, it's disappointing to feel like I've paid roughly $20 just for the privilege of trying on a pair of pants, since I paid to have them shipped to me but also paid to have them returned. I've purchased enough Betabrand pieces over the years that my wardrobe is pretty much complete, and this experience has convinced me not to buy more. I loved Betabrand in its earlier days, but the quality no longer seems to justify the price, especially when there are now plenty of competitors offering equal or better quality at lower prices. The return policy was ultimately the deciding factor for me. Thanks for the great pants of years past, Betabrand. I just don't think we're a fit anymore.

I own almost every color of these pants and suit jackets and I love them all. They fit well they’re extra long because I’m a tall girl. Highly recommend and we’ll buy again.

I WANT to LOVE these pants but. . . I've ordered 3x Tall/Long grey pairs of the 7 pocket bootcut pants and all 3 have shrunk after the first wash (cold) and low dryer to the point that they're ankle/crop pants. The same with one pair if the navy 7 pocket. I have two other pairs (black and navy) that retained their length after multiple washings. The reason for 1 star is that Betabrand refused to do anything but offer 20% off my next pair--- you mean the next pair that I'll spent $90 on and likely have shrink to an unwearable length (given that 4 of the 6 pairs I've paid for and not been able to return have shrunk!)??? While the pants are comfortable and look great, the unreliability of the fabric shrinkage AND the refusal of customer service to assist in any meaningful way (like standing behind their product) mean that I would not recommend and will be exploring the many other similar retailers moving forward.
