Betabrand is reliable. Ships on time. Easy to return.

Enshitified product. Made worse by cheapening the product. Exposed elastic in the wasteband. Inconsistent sizing.

I love all their wide legged items. The Atlantic wide legs not so much, but the other ones for tall are outstanding!

unable to return, so ordered next size, poor fit. Reordered, mess with returning. One I return and didn't get credit for. Ended up with 2 extra large, so cut out the neckline of one, fitted to the other, taking in seams, shortening front width. Used the sleeves of one and added to the other to make a better sleeve. Haven't worn yet as too hot in Southern California just now.

I sent emails asking to exchange my pants, as they run long. Betabrand returns email, sending you to an off email log in at a 3rd party site. This site is inaccessible and no matter how many times I try, I am unable to log in or communicate with the company. Buyer beware! Love the pants but customer service is atrocious! Betabrand you have lost a customer to Halana!

Received my pants relatively quickly. These are my 5th pair of Beta Brand pants. I love wearing them!
