I bought this knife for a gift for my husband. He loves it! It is by far our go-to knife for kitchen needs. It stands out against our other 15 year old knives with its sturdy handle and beautiful craftsmanship. It cut through steak like it was butter. It is well balanced and does not feel awkard in either of our hands. We highly recommend adding this knife to your kitchen, you wont be disappointed! I bought this knife for a buddy's 50th birthday and had it custom engraved. The knife showed up within 3 days and laser engraved. I can't describe how badly I wanted to steal the knife for myself. I guess it was a good thing it had his name on it or else my buddy might have received an empty box. :)
