People, especially Nathan correcting an issue, were great. Autumn’s responses with the laser writing were delayed and lacked attention to detail which created the error that Nathan corrected!

Outstanding service. Repaired the bent pocket clip on one knife and even replaced the pocket clip on the second because it may have been a smidge loose. The sharpening job is the best I’ve ever encountered. I will be using this service every six to twelve months

I’d say worth the effort sending the knife in. Blade and edge came back in great condition. I didn’t notice any real care or attention to the rest of the knife however. Main screw still stuck and knife has a hard time opening. I had hoped for a full tune up not just the sharpening.

Above and beyond service. I called the service desk due to pro longed shipping and my osborn 940-1 was thought to be lost in shipping. A new replacement knife was sent extremely fast. I then later received my knife has arrived for service. I messaged back saying that a replacement knife was already sent to me. "I really did want my original back due to the storys it had". Without ordering a knife I got sent another package from benchmade and it was my original 940-1 with a unique amazing reprofile done. I also have a bug out that I broke the scales on which also was covered under warranty and that timing was extremely fast. I will always recommend benchmade knifes and argue to say they are the best knife making company out there. Top in performance, top in style, top in professionalism and my top #1 pick for my next blades to come. DO NOT be afraid to use these knifes. they are intended to be used for whatever tasks you need and if it breaks send it in and tell them what happened because every break only makes benchmade stronger.
