Back to brand new! ​Sent my knife in because it was barely wanting to open or close. Just got it back from Benchmade's Lifesharp service, and it is fully functional again and feels exactly like a brand-new knife. Incredible service!

Never leave reviews, but this knife deserves one. Been looking around for a solid edc knife and came across this one through search results. After going through 3-4 cheap $50 knives I’ve decided I won’t cheap out this time around and made the plunge for a Benchmade. It was worth every dollar. The engineering and craft on this knife feels as premium as it gets. All the way from the handle to the blade, even to something as simple as the clip feels such high quality. I can’t recommend this blade enough. You guys did a fantastic job

I had two knives serviced - one of which I purchased what must have been over 10 years ago and I had never had it sharpened or serviced since then. It came back feeling brand new. No complaints and 100% worth it. About as quick as I expected being across the country, but I felt informed about where the knife was in process the whole time.

I accidentally broke the tip on my Bugout and I'm sp glad I decided to send it in to have it replaced. I asked to have the blade swapped out for a non-serrated one and Benchmade did just that for me. My Bugout knife being four years old ooks brand new and cuts like a razor! I definitely recommend following their online instructions if your Benchmade needs sharpening, part replacement, etc. . .
