Sometimes im skeptical about certain companies warranty program, but Benchmade does it right. I paid $10 for shipping and they sent me the packaging to send my knife off. It came back basically brand new. The action was crisp and quick, the blade was incredibly sharp, and they even fixed my belt clip that was all bent out of shape. Don't hesitate to send your knives in. Im a Benchmade fan for life
