Solid site and easy use for everything. The two day shipping I selected ended up being more like 4, which stung for the price. They serve a good product, and it wasn't an exceptional wait, but it was the only sore spot

Had a issue with my knife and was extremely easy to go site, request kit to be sent, kit arrived and then packed up the knife. Shortly after, knife was returned, fixed and sharpened as well. very easy and Benchmade is the only knife brand for me and for gifts for friends and family

I really enjoy using my Benchmade Shootout for concealed carry. The Shootout can also be used as an everyday carry knife. Love mine.

Awesome product from benchmade

Sent my knife in for a blade replacement but the original blade had sentimental value so I put a note in my submission asking if you guys could send it back. I never heard confirmation one way or another when it arrived with you guys but when I got it back I was pleasantly surprised to find my returned knife included my original blade in the package, packed safely with tape over the blade. You guys are awesome and have a customer for life.
