Great service all round.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service

Our sales assistant was very helpful and we thank her for that.

Fantastic staff in the store. Prompt next day delivery. I had the fame ready so delivery guys even unwrapped the mattress, all set up without me needing to struggle. A great experience all round.

Excellent customer service. Good communication.

Great staff, and products

Service was top notch

Helpful service in store and quick delivery with excellent communications and friendly people across the board.

Great experience with Bed's and Dreams. This is my 4th purchase and I will keep coming back.

The team were quick and easy - helped me load my car and went above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bedding needs.

Service in store was very good. Delivery was an external company and if I were to rate them I’d not rate them well. Didn’t even take the plastic off the new mattress.

Great service and communication

Excellent

The service was first class. Arrived and assembled on time. Love our new bed

Fantastic service from Deb and the gentleman Not pushy but very helpful

Unfortunately the Miami mattress only comes in one type, and that’s very firm. Even if you get the medium and plush (which I did), they’re still firm. It is not reasonable for a plush to be firm. Other mattress manufacturers seem to recognise the difference, sadly Englander does not. I do not recommend this mattress. (Unless you love very firm mattresses!) The sales staff were lovely and helpful and the delivery staff were very efficient.

A seamless process, from walking into the store, to delivery sooner than expected, to me sleeping on my new mattress and really appreciating the greater support that I needed - and thanks Donald, for effective service.

I tried to buy the mattress 6 months earlier and asked a question on the website which was never answered The second time I organised freight myself and everything was super easy

Very comfatable

Terrific - all staff involved in the transaction (especially Mardi) were fantastic
