Great in-store experience at Preston, nice selection of mattress and frames, helpful service. So far so good with our Mayfair mattress, really happy with the support and comfort. Delivery seemed a bit pricey given the total cost of bed and frame. Instructions for putting together our frame missed a step on installing the actual gas lift and missed the tool for the size of the nut that secures the gas lift in. It did come with a spanner for the other nuts but for whatever reason the nuts the gas lift used were not the same size.

Love the mattress, I feel supported while still laying on something soft - but more than that, I love the customer service I received from Jamie at your Mile End store, because he was so nice and informative I chose not to buy a mattress I was considering from Forty Winks, their staff were really pushy and didn’t listen to me. Good customer service

Received great service from the store at Taren Point. Very informative and worked with us to find the most suitable solution. Very disappointed with the delivery aspect. Being older, asked for help to take the old mattress down in the lift to our garage, flatly refused saying they weren’t allowed. Ironically, if I’d paid $80 to have it taken away the same people would have put it in the same lift and gone to the same way. Never struck that before. Other delivery people always take their rubbish with them.

We’re really happy with our mattress. It’s comfortable, has a really nice firmness to it and gives great support. We’ve been sleeping really well since getting it. The mattress is handmade, so it does take a few weeks to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. Adam from the Bankstown store was great to deal with — very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Overall, we’re very happy with the mattress and the service. If you’re looking for a good quality, comfortable and supportive mattress, I’d definitely recommend seeing Adam at Bankstown. You won’t be disappointed!
