Cannot thank James and Beds N Dreams in Mornington enough. Our son arrived home from overseas earlier than expected to surprise us and needed to move into his new flat quickly. James was brilliant sorting out the mattress for me and loading it into the car. Very happy with the purchase.

Unfortunately the Miami mattress only comes in one type, and that’s very firm. Even if you get the medium and plush (which I did), they’re still firm. It is not reasonable for a plush to be firm. Other mattress manufacturers seem to recognise the difference, sadly Englander does not. I do not recommend this mattress. (Unless you love very firm mattresses!) The sales staff were lovely and helpful and the delivery staff were very efficient.
