Sleeping soundly at night

I have been trying to contact the support team via live message or over the phone. No answer from the support bot and I have been on hold for 45 minutes. I don't understand how a mattress company can be so "busy" as to not pick up the phone or have their robot respond to a request.

Bought one mattress and it did not work for us, was told they would take the return as long as we bought the ling mattress first. . . . now we are paying for two mattresses even though the queen was returned.

Wouldn't buy anything else. The best!

I’d like to say that customer service has always been fantastic! Very helpful, they provide great information and answer all my questions. I received my bed on time and I had no issues with the delivery.

I am so happy I got this bed once again! Best sleep ever! Always comfortable for a great nights sleep. This is my second mattress and I wouldn’t buy anything else.

It’s been a couple months now since we got our new mattress. This is my second one I’ve got from Bed in a Box and my husband and I love it. Its great for your back and great for side sleepers.

Easy assembly, especially with two people. Comfortable mattress and nice platform. I wish it was a tiny bit taller so I could fit under-the-bed storage containers under it, but otherwise, very happy with this purchase.

Company response and delivery was very good. However, product was not as expected.

First time customer of bed in a box and I have give everyone involved with my mattress purchase a double thumbs up. We were in so need of a new mattress we were actually sleeping on our recliners. The mattress is comfy and the firmness is great. The online purchase and the delivery was flawless. I recommend anyone to at least try one out for the price you won’t be disappointed. Thank you no more recliner sleeping.

What a real value she is to your company! this was THE 5TH Bed in a box we have purchased or gifted! Second Bundle. The Bundle instructions could be reviewed and improved with better clarity, better pictures, larger fonts, layout and printing.

Most comfortable Thicker thaan necessary seems to be the style now.

I had occasion to test this cover’s waterproofness this morning when the foster kitten knocked over a glass of water from my nightstand. Happy to report no liquid got through it! I love the texture and the design, which lets you zip the top part off without wrestling with your mattress. And there’s enough room inside for the 2” topper I added to my 11” mattress. Good purchase.

Shipping was delayed and I had to contact them to find out when the bed would ship. Maybe there were a bunch of people sick at the factory and it caused a slow down. I am very pleased to purchase a product that is made here in the USA. Customer service were pleasant and courteous. I would purchase again.
