My wonderful wife has been having a terrible time sleeping on our older $2,500 mattress, waking up tired and depressed. I knew it was time to buy a new one, but the costs were astronomical and made me flinch more than once. The reviews on Bed In A Box won me completely over and ordered one right away. She now wakes up without aches or pains and sleeps longer than she can ever remember. I'm happy, she's ecstatic. Very affordable and made in the USA!

The topper is super comfortable, so I love that. The only problem with it is that it doesn't stay on the bed. It's constantly moving and it's heavy, so it's difficult to fix it. Wish it stayed in place.

We had an issue with one of there products and customer service could never resolve it. If something breaks or doesn’t work don’t expect them to back their product.

I would like to retract a poor review I gave to Bed in a Box. I receive a phone call today from Jeanne who was a sweet heart & I was thinking I was duped & lost a lot of money but because of their offices were closed on the week ends Jeanne called me first thing on Monday to rectify the deliver procedures. Everything is has been cleared up & I couldn't yet give them a max rating until I receive the Bed in a Box that I'm so looking forwards to.

I've spent over 500 dollars for a bed in the box & was told that it would arrive on January 29th of this year. Here it is the 31st & still no bed. I've tried calling both the Customer Service & Sales for some answers & got no reply just a voice mailmail. . mailI'llretract this review if I receive any answers.
