This is my second time purchasing a Bed in a Box mattress and from now on I will ONLY purchase Bed in a Box. We tried a very EXPENSIVE name brand mattress and it didn’t compare. I highly recommend Bed in a Box mattresses.

Love how firm it is! The efficiency of ordering delivery is crazy fast and as long as you have help to maneuver 110 lbs of a mattress, it’s simple to install. Offering your used mattress free to anyone who needs it makes way for a successful transition!

I’m in the early stages of the 120-day trial, but so far I am enjoying the mattress tremendously. My sleep has improved significantly and I don’t wake up with aches and pains! For a 78-year-old, this is a miracle in itself … (: I find myself lingering a bit in bed in the mornings because I am actually COMFORTABLE! May order another mattress for our guest room if I continue to be pleased and can find a sale price I can afford!

Ii love it. I appreciate a comfortable but cool mattress. I sleep with my head and feet elevated and it takes the pressure off my lower back. The bed itself helps me sleep laying flat on my back.

I had to call to get help from customer service while placing my order and the customer service rep was so kind, so helpful, so patient and made the process so much easier!

Shipping was fine. Packaging was excellent.

We love our mattress, but we never received the pillows that were supposed to come with it. BedInABox is supposed to be sending them, but it's been a while. We had to go out and buy pillows to get us by.

After owning our first BedInABox mattress (11 in PacBed Original if you're nasty) for over 16 years, we decided to get a new Tranquilium model. It has helped my wife's back, which had been causing her debilitating pain. This mattress (and even our Original) can handle constant use by two bigger people and two bony but rambunctious young people who like to visit like Goldilocks in the night. Additionally, Support from BedInABox has been top notch. Not only did they find. my order from 16 years ago, they talked to me about likes and dislikes with it and suggested a short list of comparable models for. me. to consider. Ordering and receipt of my order were a breeze. The only feedback I would give is to make the encasements have handles on the side to make moving/rotating the bed easier.

I purchased four BedInABox mattresses – 1 Azule, 2 Trillium, and 1 Original. Unfortunately, the Original mattress has been the most uncomfortable of all. Both my wife and I wake up with soreness in our hips, shoulders, and tailbone after sleeping on it. While the Azule and Trillium models have worked well for us, the Original feels much too firm. I initially requested an RMA but, regrettably, missed the response window. It has now been about five months since purchase, and I understand I am outside of the return period. However, I only wish to return the Original, as it continues to cause discomfort despite giving it several months to adjust. This has been a frustrating and costly lesson, leaving us out nearly $1,000.

It took a long time to deliver but I like the bed top

My BF was saying his old bed was causing him back pain and he needed a new mattress. I started researching mattress and was surprised at how prices had skyrocketed. So I was on the hunt for a decent mattress at a reasonable price. Enter bed in a box, my BF is a hot sleeper and he said the mattress has great cooling. His back and shoulder pain have gone away. And from day one there were no issues with offgassing. I no ght the beds during their 4th of July sale and got the bed for only 574$, so it was a great value. Thanks bedinabox for saving my money and keeping the BF happy!

I love my new mattress. It is firm but also has some "give" to it. Set up was super easy and it inflated within a minute.
