As a queer couple, it was so special to go somewhere queer-informed where we felt welcome and seen. I also appreciated how they provided options within our budget, and referred us to someone that could help my fiancé resize a family ring. I appreciated how clear they were about timing and prices. We had the most joyful and fun experience at Bario Neal's Philadelphia showroom. We had visited other shops in the city, but the moment my partner and I talked to the showroom manager Naomi, we were beaming. We felt so seen and included as a queer couple, and Naomi made this process so joyful for us. From working on design, to dealing with many emails with my questions, to the day we picked them up, Naomi was so kind, supportive, and validating. She helped us build an idea that we ended up being absolutely obsessed with. I can't brag enough about this experience. After our first appointment, my partner and I were beaming. It's easy to tell when a shop truly cares about being queer-friendly. We felt that from the minute we entered the showroom. It's a special experience to be seen and validated as a queer couple, and that truly meant the world to us! Thank you to Naomi and the entire Bario Neal team! I'd been looking at Bario Neal's creations for a long time - I love the designs and intentional material sourcing. A lot of comparable businesses don't let you specify reclaimed or fairmined metal. I finally bought my wedding ring here and am excited to wear it for the rest of my days :)

Naomi was very helpful to my partner and I in choosing our wedding bands. She was patient and did a great job listening to our likes/dislikes. She steered us in the right direction to make end up with the bands we wanted. We are both thrilled with the design and quality of these pieces.

My wife damaged her engagement ring and required repair to reset the stone. Bario Neal made the process to drop off and pick up super easy. They told me upfront the repair would take about 2 weeks and delivered in that time frame. This is not the first repair either. It's nice to know that when you buy from Bario Neal, repairs are easy too.

I purchased the reticulated 1 band as my wedding ring. My band is beautiful and the service was fantastic. I’ve worn it every day and it’s held up for 3 months now. I removed 1 star because the reticulated design ended up being a curved band. I was excited for a unique, irregular reticulated band. However, curved bands are easy to find and less unique. Still beautiful and works well as my wedding band.
