The ring I purchased turned out so beautiful! The team was so communicative and answered all of my questions, provided me with quality stone options, and delivered on time.

Professional, wonderful, and just a great experience from beginning to end.

From design to patiently answering questions and dealing with complicated shipping issues, Bario Neal (specifically Seth and Vanessa) displayed a fantastic professionalism, efficiency and excellence rarely seen in today’s marketplace. For that I am appreciative and will consider them for my future custom jewelry needs. Thank you!

I love your brand and the products you create. I could be happy with my purchase of both earrings and rings. That you are a women owned jewelry store rooted in inclusivity makes you all the more special. Mil gracias! Jackie

Wife is very happy with the gift. The customer service was very helpful in ensuring the package made its way properly.

Lovely shop. Very friendly and easy service!

I had a great experience working with Seth at this jewelry store. From the moment I walked in, he provided excellent customer service and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The store also had a really good selection of rings. There were a lot of different styles to choose from, ranging from classic designs to more modern options. Seth helped me narrow down the choices based on what I was looking for and pointed out details I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. What stood out most was how attentive he was throughout the process. He explained the differences in stones and settings, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I felt confident about my decision. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and the staff created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for quality jewelry and helpful guidance, I would definitely recommend asking for Seth.

We sent my wife's wedding band for repair and it came out as new as the day we selected it. Thank you!

Beautiful bracelet fits small wrists colors are vibrant

And looking for a spontaneous gift for my partner, I found Bario Neal. I really appreciated their business concept. Even more, I love the quality of product that I purchased. The jewelry was beautiful and exactly as expected.

Nearly 10 years ago, I purchased a beautiful, delicate ring for my wife. She wears it daily and loves it. Unfortunately, she forgot to remove it before a trip to the gym to weight train and accidentally severed the band entirely. The Bario Neal team reassured it could be fixed and had it ready even faster than the quoted time. Fantastic customer service and you just can't beat the unique designs of their products. Highly recommend.

While I came in for something specific (a small piece I'd had my eye on for years), I was quickly dazzled by an unexpected (one of a kind) piece and made a happy impulse purchase! I'm always delighted by the variety of precious pieces and appreciate the care to craftsmanship and sound practices.

Excellent communications, beautiful product.

Obsessed with my allium octad ring! Such a great experience and wonderful all around. 10/10

I keep coming back to Bario Neal. The craftsmanship, quality, and service are a cut above the rest.

We love the reticulated ring my husband picked out for our wedding. The process was overall smooth although it took a little while for the shipment and a correction on our invoice to remove an engraving. All in all, we do love the final product.

Amazing wedding band , great communication, kind staff

My wife and I had Seth from the Brooklyn location help us create rainbow custom bands for our wedding day. We came across some timing issues due to us changing our mind. Thankfully that didn’t stop Seth from thinking on his toes. We love the custom service, the knowledge, and the landscape Barrio Neal has not only as a company but how they approach each individual with care and solutions. My wife and I highly recommend Barrio Neal.

We liked our experience and are very happy with how our custom ring turned out. We especially appreciated Seth's expertise and help in the process.

Seth at Bario Neal helped me make a beautiful cluster ring and necklace using stones from my mother’s former jewelry. Their design sense, craftsmanship and customer service resulted in two wonderful pieces that i will treasure and pass on to my daughter. I also appreciate their commitment to sustainability.
