We love the reticulated ring my husband picked out for our wedding. The process was overall smooth although it took a little while for the shipment and a correction on our invoice to remove an engraving. All in all, we do love the final product.

My wife and I had Seth from the Brooklyn location help us create rainbow custom bands for our wedding day. We came across some timing issues due to us changing our mind. Thankfully that didn’t stop Seth from thinking on his toes. We love the custom service, the knowledge, and the landscape Barrio Neal has not only as a company but how they approach each individual with care and solutions. We had a great experience with Bario Neal in purchasing our wedding rings. We made an appointment at the Philadelphia store very easily. Meghan was very helpful and let us try on several different rings. She really took the time to go through the process with us and answered all our questions. We felt zero pressure at any time. We ended up purchasing the rings and it was a very easy process. We had some issues with shipping due to the carrier but we easily got ahold of Vanessa via phone who sorted out the shipping issues in less than a couple hours. When we needed to get resized Vanessa helped us and the process was smooth and easy. It took about 4 weeks to get the rings initially and 2 weeks to have them resized and sent back. A very pleasant experience for us and would come here again!

The octillo gold studs and half-moon sapphire studs are fantastic and the gift box was really special. My only critique was the shipping process. I ordered on the 15th and paid $40 for fedex overnight shipping. I assumed that would mean I would receive the item in a few days. Instead, I received it on the 28th. I understand that shipping during the holidays is difficult, but I would have appreciated more transparency around estimated delivery date, especially if I'm paying extra. In case it's helpful, my order number was 110003623.

I had a fantastic experience creating a custom ring with Bario Neal! Vanessa was great and met with me many times and spent a lot of time via email making sure I felt comfortable and excited with the creation process. I love my ring, and felt like the pricing was fair. I felt like expectations were managed along the way as it related to the renderings, etc. and Vanessa was always responsive to my many questions.

Every time I have come in my experience has been amazing. I've worked with a few different women who have consulted on rings for various occasions (engagement, wedding, babies) and always leave feeling SO excited about my piece and then loving it once it is done.
