Amazing customer service!! I called to replace an earring I lost on vacation. Maddie was so helpful she was able to find the exact style I lost and it was sent to my house and was there by the time I got home. I am so pleased i absolutely love these earring and was devastated when I lost one.

We visited Bario Neal in February 2025 to design a necklace to commemorate the birth of our son. We had worked with Bario Neal in the past for my engagement ring and our wedding bands, both of which were wonderful experiences. This most recent visit was the same. Naomi provided excellent advice in designing the necklace, and kept us updated over the next few months as we waited for the final piece to arrive. I love my necklace and where it every day to keep my son close to me even if he is physically elsewhere. We would happily return to Bario Neal again and have already referred friends there.

The store is beautiful and the jewelry is so unique and timeless. Their customer service is also fantastic. They resized my new ring at no charge, even though it was due to my mistake with the order. I have a necklace that I was given as a gift from Bario Neal over 10 years ago, and I still wear it daily. When the chain broke they cleaned the jewel and put it on a new (and improved) chain.
