The octillo gold studs and half-moon sapphire studs are fantastic and the gift box was really special. My only critique was the shipping process. I ordered on the 15th and paid $40 for fedex overnight shipping. I assumed that would mean I would receive the item in a few days. Instead, I received it on the 28th. I understand that shipping during the holidays is difficult, but I would have appreciated more transparency around estimated delivery date, especially if I'm paying extra. Vanessa was great and met with me many times and spent a lot of time via email making sure I felt comfortable and excited with the creation process. I love my ring, and felt like the pricing was fair. I felt like expectations were managed along the way as it related to the renderings, etc. and Vanessa was always responsive to my many questions.

Every time I have come in my experience has been amazing. I've worked with a few different women who have consulted on rings for various occasions (engagement, wedding, babies) and always leave feeling SO excited about my piece and then loving it once it is done. To be honest I was skeptical to start the experience and ultimately was blown away. Vanessa was very attentive and supportive and helped guide us to a final product that was more than we could have expected.

I visited the studio location in Philadelphia. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to help me with a gift order. It was around Black Friday but before the sale had started and they even offered to help me place my order via email to apply the discount early. The pieces are really lovely and I like having a local place to buy gifts and a new wedding band.
