We visited Bario Neal in February 2025 to design a necklace to commemorate the birth of our son. We had worked with Bario Neal in the past for my engagement ring and our wedding bands, both of which were wonderful experiences. This most recent visit was the same. Naomi provided excellent advice in designing the necklace, and kept us updated over the next few months as we waited for the final piece to arrive. I love my necklace and where it every day to keep my son close to me even if he is physically elsewhere. We would happily return to Bario Neal again and have already referred friends there.

We chose Bario Neal for our wedding rings because we wanted to work with a small local and inclusive business and we are certain that we made the right choice. We worked with Vanessa who assisted us in choosing the perfect rings and went above and beyond by answering our emails and even making time for a second appointment so we could get one last look and place our orders. Our wedding is in July and we cannot to be able to wear our rings!

The store is beautiful and the jewelry is so unique and timeless. Their customer service is also fantastic. They resized my new ring at no charge, even though it was due to my mistake with the order. I have a necklace that I was given as a gift from Bario Neal over 10 years ago, and I still wear it daily. When the chain broke they cleaned the jewel and put it on a new (and improved) chain. Charlie and the entire team cultivated an amazing experience. I went into our design session with a few ideas, and she helped me merge them into a lovely piece.
