The process was so easy and my necklace was beautifully made. I had an old Cocktail ring of jybfrandmothers turned into a necklace.

I had a great experience working with Naomi at the Philadelphia store. It was easy to setup an initial appointment online. Naomi was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during our first visit. She patiently and kindly answered all of our questions and allowed me to try things on to my heart's desire. Her follow-ups via e-mail were always timely and informative. When it came time to place the actual order, she made sure to have various options of the stone of interest available for me to choose from. I really like the unique designs at Bario Neal. I feel like I finally found a ring that is "me". The sales associates were super friendly and helpful too. Tho I do wish the shipping is faster (they said the timeline is 4 weeks but it ended up taking 5 weeks. )

Absolutely love this business! I stumbled on Bario Neal on a recent trip to Philly and their rainbow charm caught my eye. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted and able to browse leisurely before inquiring about the charm. I was told that the profits went to a local youth organization, and we had a lovely conversation about the history and mission of BN. I will absolutely go back every time I am in Philly, and already have my next piece picked out. Amazing customer service!! I called to replace an earring I lost on vacation. Maddie was so helpful she was able to find the exact style I lost and it was sent to my house and was there by the time I got home. I am so pleased i absolutely love these earring and was devastated when I lost one.

We visited Bario Neal in February 2025 to design a necklace to commemorate the birth of our son. We had worked with Bario Neal in the past for my engagement ring and our wedding bands, both of which were wonderful experiences. This most recent visit was the same. Naomi provided excellent advice in designing the necklace, and kept us updated over the next few months as we waited for the final piece to arrive. I love my necklace and where it every day to keep my son close to me even if he is physically elsewhere. We would happily return to Bario Neal again and have already referred friends there.

We chose Bario Neal for our wedding rings because we wanted to work with a small local and inclusive business and we are certain that we made the right choice. We worked with Vanessa who assisted us in choosing the perfect rings and went above and beyond by answering our emails and even making time for a second appointment so we could get one last look and place our orders.
