The product came and was way too small. We sent the return. We have not yet gotten a credit. But I trust they will take care of it. They don’t seem to have the product anymore. But it’s too bad that the sizing was so far off.
I typically make my purchases at a Barbour retail store, this was my first online purchase, and I am very satisfied.
Great looking shirt. I just wish I bought the large instead of the Excel. The Excel fits good in the torso, but the arms are extremely long and the shoulders are too big.

Shipping was timely. I had a return and it was fast & easy. I had a question a it was answered promptly. Maybe it is because I'm slim, but my regular size was best for me. The Barbour website and Barbour agent recommended a medium, but a small was best for me.

I sent my coat to Barbour. I received no confirmation of receiving my coat. I am being asked to review the service, yet my coat seems to be missing. Barbour has communicated nothing to me since I sent my coat to them to be rewaxed and paid for the service and return in full. Where is my coat?
So far with the issue with the jacket already needing to be sent in for repair I can only give two stars. Hopefully there was something wrong with the flap construction and the rest of the jacket is more durable.
Great service, easy to order
Shopping was very slow, took about a week from the ship date to receive. I tracked the FedEx tracking app and for three days no information was available from the carrier. I am not sure if the package was lost or not but it didn’t move for about three days. When it did arrive it was in great condition no damage to the package or contents.
