Don't know what happened. My husbands jacket was rewaxed and repaired last year (I think). We were kept in the loop from jacket receipt to return. It feels like my jacket fell into a black hole after UPS delivered it on Jan. 5. . . . . . then I get this email asking how I like my jacket after repairs????????
