Shipping was fast and processing initial return was quick and easy.

Shipping was on time. Received it in a couple of business days. I returned a coat and received a credit about a week later. Ordered another and it showed up on time. Great coat.

Please improve communication between sales & shipping so as to avoid sending the wrong merchandise!

Shipping and service were fine. In fact, customer service helped me choose the size 36 and I am so happy they did. It fits over a sweater, a merino vest, and even a down jacket, still allowing full range of motion.
