I love the cut of coat, but I don't understand why, when you order a wax jacket, it would arrive unwaxed. It's really an inconvenience—costing time an shipping to get the finish a new jacket should be come with originally.

Shipping was on time. Received it in a couple of business days. I returned a coat and received a credit about a week later. Ordered another and it showed up on time. Great coat.
