NEVER RECEIVED MY HAT. They said it got delivered but NOT to me or my address. FedEx no help. Need refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

I love the cut of coat, but I don't understand why, when you order a wax jacket, it would arrive unwaxed. It's really an inconvenience—costing time an shipping to get the finish a new jacket should be come with originally.
