Shipping took longer than expected

You do sell great products. The wait is long. But I didn't get a window Banks sticker. I now have 3 license plate holders/ Brackets. But no sticker. I've ordered a thousand bucks of parts of your Web site. But no Sticker. Chop Chop Gale Banks.

Installation was very straight forward. Should add to video to take off passenger side battery hold down to access battery terminal nut. You can get to the back battery connector, but that doesn't totally disconnect passenger side battery. Good time to clean battery terminals and put some anti-corrosion gel on terminal connectors. Definitely makes the truck snappier! Looking forward to a long drive to see if fuel milage goes up. Nice product! Looking forward to boost tubes and Derringer installs! Probably a Banks oil pan too!

2020 DS RAM 1500 ECO Diesel 3. 0ltr Easy installation and set up. Wow, wow, wow, what an absolute game changer of a product!!! I already had a throttle controller that was reported as being good, absolutely no comparisons to the Pedal Monster. My vehicle is smooth and responsive to drive. Liner in power delivery and performance. Excellent products and excellent service pre and post sale. Congratulation team.

Install was pretty straight forward except on my 2022 gmc 2500hd I had brake lines attached to the bolts on the differential cover and Banks new ram air cover did not have the correct bolts in there package to accommodate this. I ended up using the original 2 bolts with nuts to reattach the lines to the cover. They are on the top of the cover so you can’t see them.

Had an issue with ordering the Red intake. Phoned the shop and had them change it to the black. They rushed it to me as I had expected the Red. So with the back order and color change to black, I was able to make my scheduled appointment. Then down the road for 2000 miles to Canada. Zero issues and passing the diesel pumps along the way. Thx Banks!

Less turbo lag,and better fuel mileage

I purchased a new Idash Datamonster in September 2025. In April 2026 I sold the truck and purchased a new truck. The new truck was not compatible with the Datamonster. I called Banks. The customer service took care of me and went above my expectations. They helped me get a new data gauge and even helped me out on the new cost. This was very generous of Banks and I am very happy to do business with them in the future. Service like this keeps customers for life.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I purchased the monster ram kit for my ram 3500. The install was going perfect until a throttle housing bolt snapped off in the new monster ram. I tried drilling it out, extractor, welding a nut to the remaining piece of bolt, all with no luck. So I called to see if I could order just that piece instead of the whole kit again. I told them that it was my fault and none of theirs, but they sent me a new one at no cost. That is unheard of in today’s world! I got the new one in 2 days, finished installing it and everything is awesome! They gained a customer for life, for doing what they did, even though they didn’t have to!!

Just got mine installed yesterday and I'm already seeing a change in fuel mileage. Also got it changed out before the bolt fell off and did any damage
