I used to have order from you every 3-4 weeks consistently since over 7months, the meet and veggies were great and so satisfied, last two orders were terrible experiences, order delays and last one the chicken was spoiled yes you did refund to me but I’m concerning the quality even of that was bad storage from the carrier, you need to figure out way to resolve it! Unfortunately I’m looking for alternatives to have my regular orders instead of did Bakkali!

I really appreciate the packaging with ice packs to keep everything well protected during delivery. Even though we order from Scotland, the meat always arrives in perfect condition. Their customer service is also outstanding – very responsive, quick to answer any queries, and always cooperative and friendly. It’s rare to find such a reliable service these days, and I already feel like a regular customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality meat and excellent customer care.

An excellent, reliable company that have an extensive range of exciting items. I love the recipes and have tried all sorts of delicious foods from the Middle East. I try to buy produce from Palestine when I can and never from Israel!
