Excellent customer service, there was a problem with my delivery presumably because of the ridiculously hot weather at the time, and they did everything they could to rectify the situation. Also the frozen raw falafel mix is the best I've found in the uk!

The delivery was on time, meat is excellent as always and help with refund was brilliant. Really pleased all round. Thanks for all your help.

I prefer ordering from Bakkali because the meat is always fresh and arrives cold and on time. Any problems are dealt with straight away. Excellent service, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Order was delivered on Friday by UPS No one home so they left a notification that they would redeliver on Monday. I contacted them later Friday to explain the parcel contained Raw Meat ! I also contacted Bakkali UPS redirected the MEAT on the Monday which smelt !! Battalion meanwhile arranged a duplicate parcel Free of Charge of the same Order. EXCEPTIONAL

I wrote you a letter about the inferior quality of the Samson bread delivery. You should have acted and told Shamsin about it. I also wrote to Shamsin but the didn’t care or bother to reply. something happened to ruin the beautiful product if Shamsin and it should be corrected.

I’m slightly disappointed. I made 2 orders just to receive a certain cheese and both times the wrong cheese was sent. I was then reimbursed less than the amount of the cheese I paid for and addressed by the wrong name in the email. I still think the app is useful and they have great products, but some oversight tends to happen and you never know if you’re going to get everything when you order. i ofcourse appreciate that customer service tried to help as much as possible, even waived the delivery fee of the second order.

I was looking form some specialist items recommended which I found on the site. I was also impressed with range of pastry and breads. As I could find not information on the ingredients emailed and received a charming response. I get the impression that nothing is touch trouble. One item was substituted but recevied phone call to warn me. Items were well packed and arrived in pristine condition. I am only a small purchaser but will use the site when I need more product. Customer Service can be a difficult thing to find but Bakkali have an excepional dedecation to getting Customer Service spot on. A company that is pleasure to deal with .

Package was eventually delivered one week late. They claim an attempted delivery at 9pm on the Friday the delivery was due whilst I was at home after indicating that delivery was delayed till next working day (see Event logs). There was never a delivery attempted. Thereafter I received three SMS notifications for three different days for deliveries that never happened (see SMS log). This was coupled with a bewildering series of updates to the event log.

First time I have ordered from Bakkali and was very impressed, the items arrived very well packaged, the delivery time was very quick, the contact from the store was within a few hours of ordering offering a substitute item which was acceptable. What more could I say excellent customer service.
