This was my first order. I found Bakkali by chance when I was looking for something very specific and found it on their online shop. I ordered it and a few more things! They arrived on time and in good condition. Also, customer service was great, they responded to my email promptly. I will definitely be ordering again from them.

2nd time using, 1st time the potatoes were super fresh, this time however, they were all soft, like they were old, and some were growing, quite disappointed to be honest as they were bought specially for Christmas dinner for 40 people. When you pay premium prices, quality and freshness is paramount but this time, it wasnt there. We will use another company ne xt time, sadly, cannot recommend

The doodhi was very fresh, firm, and had a nice light green color. It tasted great when cooked and stayed good for several days. Really happy with the quality and would definitely order again!

Was delivered to wrong address by delivery company the picture of delivery address wasn't seen until 4 days later by then the bread had gone mouldy not the company's fault but the delivery drivers . So couldn't eat the bread to try it but looks and size looked perfect
