First-class customer service

Great meat and selection, just please ensure delivery driver actualy knocks or rings bell i was home for delivery and just found it on my doorstep !

Thanks for the quality products and speedy delivery!

Ordered 10 Rayan Pita Bread as part of my order @ 79p each, they send me different and cheaper brand of bread without consulting me or giving me the choice to say yes or no, this was very disappointing.

Great service

Good packaging, quick delivery and products are always good quality with long expiration dates.

Excellent customer service and great quality meat. Highly recommend

Good quality as I wanted

Love your products especially the Khobaz. Alas I’m am nearly 80 and find the delivery expensive as I only buy a few items. Thank you for your delicious products I have bought from you

I deal with these guys regularly, always get a good service. Quick delivery, good prices, and they let me know when the stuff is coming.

Honestly, the packaging and service were good, but the delivery company was a day late in delivering the order. As a result, most of the meat had a strong odor and a greenish tint, so I threw it away.

One of the beef mince did not look right in colour and upon opening it smelled bad as well so we had to throw it. I’ve been ordering from Bakkali regularly so this was slightly disappointing but understand that it may be a one off.

Excellent Customer service

Good deal

Goods received on time and in good condition

Many items found in other halal shop much cheaper like lamb mince and makdous much cheaper , service is fine but overpriced

It could do with being more competitive

.

Delivery on time, meat well packaged. A joy to shop with you. Thank you

Excellent produce and service from Bakkali, my go to and will always recommend!
