Easy to use website. . . . ordered something frozen, Unfortunately the delivery company took 5 days to deliver. Even though the goods were well packaged it had thawed. . Contacted Bakkali and they replaced with no quibble. . . . Will be doing business again and again. . .

The chicken order was not right size and was old, couldnot tolerate the taste of it and the shape as well
