Lovely product, but several of the jars has leaked and the seal had gone so had to discard. Not particularly well packed, could do with cardboard inserts to stop movement in box

This was my first order. I found Bakkali by chance when I was looking for something very specific and found it on their online shop. I ordered it and a few more things! 2nd time using, 1st time the potatoes were super fresh, this time however, they were all soft, like they were old, and some were growing, quite disappointed to be honest as they were bought specially for Christmas dinner for 40 people. When you pay premium prices, quality and freshness is paramount but this time, it wasnt there. We will use another company ne xt time, sadly, cannot recommend
