I would have lived to give this a top star rating but it is impossible lately. I do love this company and I believe they have potential. I rely on them but they sometimes do things that are infuriating. Like replace wrong item with the same wrong item, a shipment of three boxes arrive on three different dates etc. I will not stop being their client but they truly need to pull their socks up and sharpen up their act. They can and they will. This is a constructive criticism hopefully it would hit home.

Bakkali is one company I highly recommend. All food items and meat are fresh, clean and well packaged and arrival of the package was very quick. Also Bakkali dealt with my query in a very professional manner. I definitely highly recommend Bakkali to everyone looking to purchase fresh clean food products for their food shopping. My package arrived 2 days later than expected date every thing frozen had to be binned

1- All items I ordered this time were available unlike previous orders which had some missing items. 2- In case of missing items in previous orders: Refund was done properly and on time. 3- Delivery for this order is as usual was on time, convenient with care. 3- Items were properly packed and had valid expiration date. 4- The missing star is for: No substitues were offered for missing items in previous orders, useless customer reward system and lack of discounts and special offers. Overall, decent and professional, keep up the good effort. Best wishes and thanks.

I usually ordered from bakali but last delivery was very bad. Khobez bread also not fresh and everything damaged. I straight to trash all items. Very disappointed. .

A family favourite, great product as we knew. Very kind reply when I had requested no substitute for product. Very swift delivery, minimal packaging and all recyclable. Highly Recommend 👍🏼
