Easy installation and looks great, with the following issues, some of which are serious Razor Rack design flaws: 1. First I tried to hang it on driver's side, but top of door, left corner, is too close to the frame. Rather than mess with the hinges to realign door, I opted to hang rack on passenger side. 2. In order to make the door handle and lock accessible, I positioned the tire carrier low on the rails. Considering the weight of the tire and not blocking the rear window, I am pleased with this. 3. I added another set of bolts to the tire mount rail separation plate because I felt this is a weak spot and would increase the holding ability of the tire. 4. I EMAILED YOU A REQUEST FOR 3 MORE BOLTS AND NUTS FOR THE TIRE MOUNT BECAUSE YOU ONLY PROVIDED 7. THE PHOTO YOU SHOW ABOVE HAS 10 BOLTS BEING USED! PLEASE SEND THEM TO ME! 5. PROBLEM WITH THIS VAN MODEL! - The inner rail that hooks on the top of the door partially blocks the van's backup camera even when the rack is positioned as far to the outside as possible! There is now a 6-7 foot blind spot immediately behind the van on the passenger side. Your Promaster rack design could be fixed by one or both of the following mods: Shorten the 4 legs of the rails by 2+ inches, moving the rack closer to the van body, and/or, Narrow the 2 rail separation plates 2-3 inches. Both mods would increase (restore?) the camera's field-of-view. 6. THE HINGE OPENING LIMITERS DO NOT WORK! Insertion into the open hinges won't allow the door to close. Please contact me if you are willing to correct items 4, 5, and 6. I shall be posting my installation experience and results on several Ram Promaster FB groups that I belong to for sharing useful information. Ron Rogers
