Customer service is amazing. A live person from the company actually answers the phone or responds to your email. Shipping, installation and overall experience were great.

Great roof rack! High quality. I was able to install it by myself and I’m a 59 yr old woman. 😁

Shipped pretty quickly, arrived with all the needed parts for the bumper, install went well from what the shop told me (I don’t trust myself with making cuts to the body). Looks great, it’s built very well and definitely much less weight on the front end over a steel bumper. Only recommendation I could think of. Written directions with photos. The video helped the shop I’m sure, but they were surprised to see if without some form of written instructions.

Everything and everyone is fantastic. I liked my Tundra before but now I love my Tundra. I bought the roof rack, full size bed rack and topper. I also bought 4 tool boxes, LED lite bar, and panels to close in the top. Now everyone looks at my truck trying to figure out what it is. Install was a breeze, even drilling into the cab is not that bad if you watch the video and follow each step. It’s a free video so pause it at each step if you need.

Great for perfect only thing wrong was it was slightly different from what the picture showed it was very close as the image so that was a little surprising but other then that fits as it should Would of been 5 stars

Added this to my dual swing out bumper and it’s been incredible. I also love how lightweight it is.

As good as they get Mo & JO the best

Purchased the Driftr roof rack for my 26 Tacoma. Once assembled and installed it's pretty much bullet proof. Very heavy duty. Assembly, although seemingly simple according to the video instructions, took more time due to lots of extra parts/pieces that were not referenced in the video. My 1 inch extrusion bolts were actually 3/4 inch which after passing through the aluminum plate and washers only leaves about 3/8 of an inch into the extrusion bar. I hope that's enough. . . Also the stainless steel hardware quality is questionable as it had some magnetic properties. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product and if problems with the hardware appear i expect they'll be under a warranty. Staff did respond to a chat and email during closed business hours which shows great customer service.

Quality product, easy to install, and shipped to me quickly.

We installed it for a pop up tent and quick trips down to Moab for some river rafting and kayaking- super sturdy- fit the Tacoma easy and clean workmanship - price is high but its bomber!

Excellent quality Super fast shipping Highly recommend

Awesome product and I only waited a week. Instruction YouTube was spot on. I actually installed this on the side of the road in America (I’m from Canada)

Just received and installed a Hi-Lite bumper on my 2019 4 runner. From the time I ordered to the time I received the bumper was almost exactly a week. That’s crazy fast for a fully powered coated bumper. And speaking of powder coat, they don’t charge!!!! They provide powder coating AND shipping FOR FREE. I’m a professional fabricator by trade, and I usually build all my own bumpers, but this one looked too cool to pass up. I’m legitimately blown away at the level of craftsmanship, every weld looks great, the sanding and finishing is top notch, you can tell they really take the time to go the extra mile. For instructions, they provide a super well made video that made install a breeze. In one evening I was able to take my 4runner from a mom car to a bad ass off road machine. If you are in the market for a bumper, Buy from backwoods adventure mods. You will not regret it.

Great service; unit arrived damage free.

Easy install and looks great!
