The team was incredible at responding to my requirements. I sent a short video and completed a form. I was responded to immediately and a new cable was received the very next day! Great product and great customer support. I have been using it for 2 years and contacted the support several times. They always answered quickly, nicely and fixed the isssue.

Overall, we’ve been happy with this Babysense monitor. Setup was really easy and it’s user friendly. We like that it’s secure and doesn’t connect to WiFi, which gives us peace of mind. The monitor battery life is good, and the video and audio are clear enough. The video quality could be a little higher, but it does the job well. On the downside, one of our cameras stopped working within a year, which wasn’t great. The good news is Babysense support was very responsive and replaced it for us, and the new camera actually works even better. My biggest wish would be for the monitor’s screen brightness to have a dedicated button, instead of having to go into the settings each time. The light button on the monitor currently controls the light on the camera (which we don’t use), but I’d prefer if it just toggled screen brightness. Even with those drawbacks, it’s a reliable system that works as intended, and we’d recommend it.

We love this product. Also so important to know that the customer service is absolutely amazing. We had our parent unit not work all of a sudden one morning. We emailed customer support and they already had a new one on the way. It actually arrived the very next day. We are so very thankful for such amazing customer service.
