I had an issue with an older model parent monitor that I haven’t seen anyone else complain of. Whenever I contacted customer service they responded kindly and quickly to help resolve my issue completely. Would buy again for the customer service alone

My family uses this monitor as part of keeping my 98 year old mother who has advanced dementia safe. It enables me to sleep at night, knowing that I will hear her if she gets up during the night or needs me, and during the day it means I can monitor her if I can't be with her every minute. It's very sensitive to sounds, which I find very helpful. Picture is clear and range is good.

It's amazing. I needed a new baby monitor and this one is perfect. The size of the screen, the quality of the video, the sound. . . it's so good. I love the battery life. It last the whole night once it's fully charged unlike other brands that the monitor has to be on charge the whole to keep it operating. I would highly recommend babysense

Really great product, clear visuals and the night light function is great. My only slight pet peeve with this is to do with the monitor. When on, there is a green light that is permanently on. Which isn’t an issue during the day but at night it is way too bright consider most people will be keeping this on their bedside table. It would ideal if this light could be turned off!

It just works, straight from the box. Connecting the camera to an existing monitor as a second camera is super easy as well. There's a button on the camera itself and a couple of clicks on the monitor's menu. I like the non-wifi connectivity that makes it very safe, without the need to rely on your internet connection to watch your baby. Highly recommended!

Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. La qualité de l'image et du son correspond à mes attentes. L'écran est très pratique, qu'on puisse voir d'une camera à l'autre ou les 2 en même temps est très pratique. L'écran se décharge assez vite, je dois le brancher tous les jours pour pouvoir l'utiliser sans la prise au moment de la sieste. Je n'ai pas encore utilisé toutes les fonctions comme je viens de l'acheter. Pour le moment j'en suis très satisfaite.
