The best monitor on the market. The screen is so big and clear and you can zoom in to literally see the baby breathing which is so reassuring. The customer service from babysense is OUTSTANDING. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to buy again. Being a mum can be tough but Babysense make things that little bit easier.

Excellent customer service! This product has been great for us with our twins. We had to replace the cords for each camera within a couple months of each other, but we’ve had it for over two years now so that’s to be expected!

Wonderful pricing for the replacement cord, so happy I didn't have to buy a whole new camera set. I love my baby sense monitor but the cords get shorts in them rather quickly. y favorite part of my baby sense monitor is the eco mode so that I can quiet her monitor down until she makes noise. We keep a fan on in her room so I would never chance it with another unit!

No issue, everything went smooth and easy, from purchase to delivery. Great communication, if anything maybe a bit too much communication about the order. But I would rather have too much than too little.

The company was very helpful in supporting us through the lifespan of our devices. When our monitor abruptly stopped working, they were very fast to help us troubleshoot and ultimately replace the unit. They have excellent customer service; Chris was our agent and was wonderful to work with. I’d recommend Babysense to any expecting parent.

Babysense is very easy to work with. I understand warranties exist for a reason but it is disappointing that ours broke out of no fault of our own. Thankful they offered a little discount on the new purchase still.

Camera had an issue turning left and right. Reached out to customer service and they tried to troubleshoot, unfortunately that didn’t work, but they’re sending me a new camera. Hopefully this new one will work! Very great customer service!

Amazing customer service!

Customer service was wonderful!! We love our split screen monitor, and we were so sad when the kickstand broke. Customer service was so wonderful to work with and helped us get a replacement quickly!! They responded quickly and helped us get the correct replacement.

Service was fine. Shipping, at least for the amount I purchased, was free and pretty quick. Although I wish they had offered to replace their power cords because we have had so much trouble with them. The power cord they sent me a link for that I could purchase (which I did) is a much better quality cord than what comes with the product originally.
