We love love love this brand baby monitor. We have 2 kids and love the option to split the screen and have it move to each boys' room simultaneously. It also has the option to link up to 4 cameras. Only complaint is our first one stopped lasting as long before it needed be charged after alittle over a year. But we purchased a new one recently and it's working great. Highly recommend

Wow this monitor is incredible! Clear picture and range of motion is fantastic, plus it doubles as a night light. The only problem I've found is it doesn't last unplugged all night but as long as it's plugged in it's ok

Love love this monitor. . . super clear image! Couldn't ask for more! I use this to keep and eye on my 10 year old son who has autism and epilepsy while he sleeps (to make sure he doesnt have a seizure). . . . . while this monitor is am able to have peace of mind while he sleeps. Such a clear image of his eyes! (Last monitor i had trouble seeing if they were open or closed!) Highly recommend for ANY parent or caregiver! :)

The parent unit stopped working after a couple months. I reached out to customer service and they sent a new unit that arrived quickly. Great customer service!

Randomly my cameras mic started to make weird sounds on the monitor with in three days i have a replacement camera been send out the replies and problems was solved really fast very pleased with the help I had received.

I bought this camera set after having my second child, I absolutely love it, screen is a perfect size and it has been amazing. After a while I was having some issues with the temperature control and after trying to troubleshoot with the help of customer services, they simply sent me two new camera replacements as I was within my one year warranty. Their service is honestly second to none and I wish all company’s were as helpful and easy to deal with as this one has been. Thankyou so much, I will recommend you to anyone I know needing a quality camera by a reliable and reputable company.

J’ai eu un problème avec les caméras qui faisaient du bruit après 2 ans d’utilisation. Le service client a été à l’écoute malgré la garantie dépassée et surtout très réactif et nous a changé les câbles d’alimentation qui étaient à l’origine du sifflement. We were recommended these by friends with two kids. They’re great - high resolution in the dark, comprehensive visuals once you mount it, and I was impressed by how accurate the temp sensor seems to be. Really appreciate that they do not use WiFi for safety and for traveling. They worked well in our small home, but we noticed that the signal would cut out or disconnect completely when we moved not even 100 feet away. When I brought this issue to babysense, they asked for a video to show the problem and then promptly sent a new monitor, which works perfectly. Happy with the product and customer service.

Amazing customer service! I had a replacement cord sent out to me before I even checked my email the next morning to see if my customer service ticket had been answered. Especially impressive since it was sent on a Sunday night. So easy and would absolutely reccomend babysense to my friends and family!
