I really like it the picture quality is great. The only thing that annoys me is that the green light can't be turned off.

After lots of research, we chose this camera after being recommended to us. It didn’t disappoint! We’ve been using it for 9 months now and it’s great! You don’t need anything else techy in the nursery as it does everything: it has a built in thermostat, can play nursery rhymes or white noise, have a light and microphone function. Also split screen so we can use it for our next baby too! Their customer service is excellent too - I couldn’t fault it! Thank you!

Happy with product but it's a present for my daughter's first child so haven't used them as yet

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from Babysense. They truly do deliver above and beyond and the item itself is great. Best baby monitor we have owned (3 kids in)

Love this camera! Has temperature indicators different night light settings and such good quality! Customer service is so attentive also! This monitor has been my best nursery purchase!

Utilisée depuis bientôt 2 ans. Beaucoup de fonctions que l'on utilise au fur et à mesure de l'évolution de bébé. Caméra très bien de jour comme de nuit. Service client rapide et très efficace.

Really happy with this baby cam to watch our babies day or night. It just all worked fine straight out of the box so top marks for this price of 150EUR. Plastics are really fine quality and battery life is well over a day (we charge the screen daily)

Great quality and a really useful device. I didn’t think I would use the other features like the night light or the sounds, but they have come in handy a few times. Really pleased

The best monitor on the market. The screen is so big and clear and you can zoom in to literally see the baby breathing which is so reassuring. The customer service from babysense is OUTSTANDING. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to buy again. Being a mum can be tough but Babysense make things that little bit easier.

I had a great experience with Babysense and just wanted to highlight their fantastic customer service. From my initial enquiry through to resolution, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. The team was friendly, understanding, and went above and beyond to assist me — nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s reassuring to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and provides such prompt and supportive service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Babysense based on this experience. Thank you again to the team

Fantastic baby monitor that has been invaluable throughout our daughter's first year. Unfortunately, has a small issue with the pin in the back stand coming loose and shorting the parent unit but after contacting BabySense I had the unit replaced under warranty within 48 hours use. An excellent monitor with stellar service behind it!

Good prices, good fast delivery. No problems.

Wonderful pricing for the replacement cord, so happy I didn't have to buy a whole new camera set. I love my baby sense monitor but the cords get shorts in them rather quickly. y favorite part of my baby sense monitor is the eco mode so that I can quiet her monitor down until she makes noise. We keep a fan on in her room so I would never chance it with another unit!

No issue, everything went smooth and easy, from purchase to delivery. Great communication, if anything maybe a bit too much communication about the order. But I would rather have too much than too little.

Babysense is very easy to work with. I understand warranties exist for a reason but it is disappointing that ours broke out of no fault of our own. Thankful they offered a little discount on the new purchase still.

So easy to use and customer service is amazing 😍 would always buy from babysense now and recommend it.

Amazing customer service!

Service was fine. Shipping, at least for the amount I purchased, was free and pretty quick. Although I wish they had offered to replace their power cords because we have had so much trouble with them. The power cord they sent me a link for that I could purchase (which I did) is a much better quality cord than what comes with the product originally.

Exactly what I needed and as described. Thank you.
